Club Quarters Faneuil Hall was amazing. The location was great. Walking distance to Faneuil Hall and the North end as well as other attractions. We had a queen room with kitchenette and pullout sofa that was big enough for our family. The hotel Staff was so friendly, accommodating and eager to help. We loved the self serve coffe/cappuccino machine in the lobby. The filtered water dispensers with take and go water bottles was huge. Great for filling and taking out for the day walking around Boston. The only negative I can think of is parking. We have a Yukon and it was too tall for the garage the hotel is affiliated with. We did find another lot but it wasn’t as convenient. Either way you do have to park yourself. Overall we cannot wait to stay here again. Thank you Hotels.com for a great deal.

Thank you for excellent service especially for a very late night check-in. Richard was very helpful in getting a family member taken care of and I greatly appreciated it.

The good: The staff was wonderful. Definitely the best thing about this place. It was clean. The location is great. Good restaurants and shopping stores close by. The bad: The bathroom was tiny and I stayed in a superior room. The toilet was small needed finagling to flush. I thought toilets were a standard size but this one appeared tiny. The air conditioning (fan) system was loud and not very effective. The worst: If you are a parent bringing a small child BEWARE. They provided a play yard with no mattress, only the hard bottom. I had to make a mattress out of sheets for my 2 month old and it was clumpy. I can’t image it’s comfortable for an older child to sit on either.

The employees were so friendly and willing to help in any way to ensure your stay was everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. I told my family that live in Boston, when they have friends coming to visit the area to recommend Club Quarters Hotel Faneuil Hall. When I returned to Virginia told my friends the same! A for this hotel.

This is a great no-frills hotel that is clean and meets all basic needs and is ideally located within walking distance from attractions like waterfront, Quincy market. I was there for a work trip, stayed for one night and had no trouble during my stay. I will note there was no shower cap. I would probably not choose this if I were staying with my family but for one or two people it's perfect. Also, not the kind of place where you spend most of day in the room, more the kind of place where you spend your whole day out and about and come to crash. Bottom line: clean, conveniently located, no-frills. I would stay again for same purpose.

Great front staff at this hotel. My wife, our baby, and myself arrived around 1130 and they got us checked in very early, we appreciate that. Hotel is small but centrally located with a nice pub attached to the hotel. Rooms are average with the only downside not having a fridge in the room. The only other issues is no valet parking which means a drive a few blocks away to park your car. Other than that, I'd definitely stay the the Club Quarters in Boston again.

The place was overrun by some sort of kiddie football league. The parents were spread all throughout the parking lot drinking and smoking while their kids ran wild, and I did not once see or hear hotel staff address any of them to quiet down or at least stop smoking directly in front of the entrance. We booked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool, which was closed because crowd was so rough. The room was dusty and dirty, which made things worse since we felt like we were trapped due to the rowdy crowd in the hallway of what felt like every floor. Overall a terrible experience.

Great location! Great for families with kids, for mini kitchen w/small fridge and free refillable water bottles and filtered water. That was so helpful in keeping us hydrated. Convenient location to everything.

Club quarters is very clean, presentable and a solid option for a stay in Boston. We stayed as a family, two adults and my 14 yo on the pull out couch, and the process of check in was really smooth. The hotel is simple, nothing flashy or revolutionary design wise, but it is straight forward, great service, clean and a very convenient location. The hotel room was loud, but that is to be expected right in the middle of a busy city center. We would stay there again!
