Amazing stay we came in to see family stayed over. It was near great restaurants, and attractions. The place was clean people there were very very attentive probably one of the best hotels I stayed at. I travel for a living, five stars for this one thank you.

I had some questions about check in prior to my arrival and spoke with Alyssa on the phone. She was so pleasant, kind, and helpful! I’m not sure of the name of the gentleman who checked me in when I arrived but he was awesome as well. My kids especially loved that he made sure I knew about the fresh cookies.

This is by far my favorite place to stay when I’m traveling with my fur baby. The staff is amazing, warm and welcoming. And considering the fact that pets are welcomed, it is amazingly clean which isn’t always the case at pet friendly hotels. Thank you for making us feel special.

We love it every thing clean perfect the customer service good the staff there very gentle the room are clean the pool everything is good my kids love it’s we definitely come back also is not us first time in the hotel but definitely enjoyed is very nice to relax and for kids plus the activities for the kids

When we arrived, we couldn't get in because the main entrance was blocked off. The floor ti the main entrance was getting redone, but the problem was that we couldn't find an alternate entrance. We were greeted by a very friendly front desk clerk and checked in. I needed to get back to my car, but there was no direct route, so I had to walk a distance through hallways, some of which had water soaked carpeting and some had exposed floors from carpeting being removed. I just wish I had known all this before we booked the hotel. I needed to get to my car immediately and it was more than an inconvenience. Otherwise, the stay was good. My kids liked the breakfast.

The staff was super friendly. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a woman who immediately made us feel at home. I can’t remember her name, but she was working at 8pm on 1/27. The freshly baked cookies were also a nice treat to walk into. And speaking of food - this hotel has one of the best continental breakfasts I’ve ever had. I highly recommend waking up early enough to get the chicken and waffles. The amenities are also fantastic - my family and I spent most of our time at the pool and hot tub! The gym was also a nice touch. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was fine. Recently updated and comfortable. They allow dogs to stay there and several times we could hear barking but that wasn't as annoying as the kids hockey team that was mostly unsupervised to run amok at all hours.
