Holiday Inn Express & Suites Owings Mills-Baltimore Area, an IHG Hotel

Needed a place to stay for a family emergency in the area. This hotel was perfect. Clean, friendly staff, safe, and not too expensive. I would stay here again.

The staff at the location were very friendly and very accommodating however someone on my floor had a child or children that screamed literally all night I finally fell asleep about 1:30 in the morning and they were still screaming I woke up at 3:00 a.m. and could still hear noise down the hall so I got up got dressed and left the hotel I was very disappointed that that was allowed to go on! The hotel itself seemed fairly clean and as I said the staff were very friendly but I will never stay there again I'm very upset that I spent almost $200 for a one-night stay of which I only slept about an hour and a half before I left the property

We have stayed at this particular Holiday Inn Express for several years since our daughter & family moved to the area. Front desk staff are always welcoming and offer wonderful service. I like the added touch of having access to a good selection of hot teas from the lobby even after the breakfast station is closed. Breakfast selection continues to be good although the pancake maker has been out of commission for a length of time BUT the omelettes, sausage, muffins, sweet buns etc are still the same and great. Our rooms have always been very clean and fresh, we sincerely appreciate the cleaning staff, they do a great job with the rooms. We will be returning to this location again in the near future and many thanks to the stafff that make it a nice stay.

Every single was perfect except the noise comes from all the way and baby cries voice. That makes us unhappy because we ask for a very quiet room far away from families has kids.

Super clean room and common areas. Room was spacious enough for a family of 4.

We were in town visiting family. It was perfect for our purpose.

The hotel was great. We stayed in a “suite”. The name suite is definitely misleading because I thought we would have 2 rooms with a door between them. Instead we had a long room with 2 beds and a couch. Had I know I would have just stayed in a regular room. Also the pool was closed which was disappointing for my kids. But it was still comfy and the staff were great.

Very nice place for family to stay

The front lobby receptionist was very pleasant, she upgraded me to a suite because the hotel pool was closed, she also assisted me and my family with luggage from our vehicle. The hotel is very clean, my suite was comfortable and roomy. Housekeeping didn't come everyday unless you asked for something so be ready to get rid of your own trash. Breakfast was overall pretty good. Holiday Inn Express should add on more parking spaces so if you return late night beware.

Location is in a quiet area. Reception is very kind and welcoming. Seems like it is a family running the hotel.
