Embassy Suites by Hilton Baltimore Hunt Valley

My children love the happy hour and the breakfast selection.The staff usually friendly, we miss the shuttle.This is 1 of the only hotels I've been to that offer turkey breakfast alternative.The tv selection is ok.I wish we could log in with Amazon prime or Netflix.

Stay with family and was impressed by the made to order omelet and waffles with all the other breakfast items. The front desk ladies were above and beyond! They were friendly and very helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Baltimore.

My family and I ALWAYS come to Embassy Suites Hunt Valley, we love the staff! Enjoy the complementary full breakfast, as well as the Happy Hour service with free spirits!

The hot tub for adults was overturned by little children and very unclean. The staff was not attentive to my complaints. I did not enjoy my night.

Stayed over Thxgvg for family gathering at brother's house nearby. Was a great stay in 2018 and only got better! The renovation was fantastic - CLEAN, SAFE, AND CLASSY...and I hold high standards on cleanliness (military officer, healthcare worker). The only one comment was engineering had thermostat lockout too low on a night it unexpectedly got very cold (20's) and room was pretty cold. Front desk sent up a portable fan heater that worked like a champ to keep the family comfy! When you factor in pet friendly yet ZERO noise or smell of pet or expression of pet dander, and then THE ABSOLUTE BEST OMELETTE BAR ANYWHERE (!), you'd be remissed if you didn't book a stay! We'll be coming back and ONLY staying at Embassy strictly based on these two factors - pet allowance and rockstar omelette bar. Did I mention the omelette bar! Killer breakfast!

It was a beautiful and elegant place that worked for the entire family

I rented a suite for myself, and my grandchildren to use the swimming pool. The swimming pool was so cold. The heater was broken. It was a bust. So cold you couldn’t swim The first room did not have hot water. They moved us to another without any hassle. No biggie room was beautiful. Breakfast was great pool facility terrible. However, the man working the pool was very nice. He said it had been broken for a while. If I had known, I would not have gone there.

This was my second time staying here. I love it. Hot tub is super hot. Suites are so clean and staff is exceptional. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Perfect place to stay when visiting kids in the local colleges.

We had a negative experience. The pool heater was not working, hot tub was half filled and no room hot water. We picked this hotel because of the pool amenities and the family/children were disappointed it was not functioning during our entire stay. We made multiple complaints, but the breakfast buffet, happy hour, room size and hotel appearance were great.

Pool was dirty and 50 degrees ,kids had nothing to do with out a poo we could have stayed at many other places no hot water in the building to take showers. Mary White
