Hampton Inn & Suites Baltimore North/Timonium

Very clean family friendly facility with excellent helpful staff! Definitely staying here next trip down to visit daughter in college!

The television did not work - it was stuck on one channel. The girl at the desk was nice and apologetic but said there was nothing she could do. She said we couldn’t move to another room bc they were booked. At checkout the woman the next morning again was apologetic and professional but said she couldn’t do anything bc I booked my room through a third party, Expedia. Some sort of refund/discount should be applied as I booked a room w a TV for my two kids and didn’t get what I paid for

Our family stayed here on our way through town. The hotel staff was friendly and our accommodations were nice. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. One of the elevators was broken during our stay, but the wait to use the working one wasn't long. They had a nice complimentary breakfast as well. There was a train right next to the hotel and I feared it would be loud, but it was very quiet in our room. No complaints, we enjoyed our stay.

The Hampton Inn in Timonium was clean and accomodating. The drive to the Inner Harbor was easy - 20 minutes. I would definitely stay here again with my family. Hope that they can renovate the pool soon!

Was specifically told when I made the reservation that the pool was open- that why I booked that hotel- so our kids could swim. It was not open and staff was okay napoligwtic sbout it Styrofoam at breakfast. Come on! It’s 2022

We really appreciated Nikki’s help getting our family so close together. Rooms were clean and hotel was very nice

My check in wasn’t as friendly as I would have expected. I over heard the pool was closed which wasn’t posted on the website, that was a little disappointing. My room was ok not as clean as I would have liked it but I do carry supplies to make sure it’s germ free especially during these times. I was locked out of the hotel since I came back after hours and my room keys wouldn’t allow me access to get in from the main entrance so that’s a big security issue and should be fixed immediately!! Being a retired law enforcement officer these are things I do pay attention to especially if no one is sitting at the front desk. Hopefully these concerns will be addressed, cause you never know who’s coming to pay a visit. All an all my stay was ok and I was able to visit with family that resides in the area.
