Went to Owning Mills for a family function. Hotel was conveniently located near by. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

Very nice and convenient place to stay , for business and family. I recommend this place , second time we stay here for business and visiting family in Maryland from New York

It was ok! They never came to clean rooms and you had to keep getting fresh towels from front desk! Beds were kind of small. My kids loved the free cookies!

This hotel is a joke, Room from pictures and room in reality are two different places. Carpet dirty, bathroom was locked when I arrived, I've been waiting for 2 hours to get a help just to open the bathroom. Front people are terrible, they refused to give me crib for baby, excuse what: I don't have anyone who can do it. Just to note I booked hotel 2 weeks before... pool area that was disgusting. Empty Soda cans, Empty Coffey cup, DIAPERS! Candy wrappers, someone left lashes on the table, yes lashes. Water terrible condition, cloudy, dirty, when I started hot tub the smell was terrible, like someone used it as a bathroom for #2

First I wasn’t assigned the room I paid for, then the room I did get was across from screaming children & adults that yelled & slammed the door all evening you could barely hear the tv in my room over the noise.

I was placed on first floor. Did not know it was close to the pool so lots of screaming kids and I could hear staff talking and laughing at 4 am. I got woken up by the loudness.
