For about 6 years I have been staying at this place every time I come to see my in laws. The location is perfect, the rooms are comfortable, there is a pool (I have not used), breakfast is good, and I come at least two times a year with my husband and child. This time, everything went well except for breakfast on Sunday, mother's day, May 12, 2024. My toddler was sleeping and I went to make a plate for her and my husband since he was in the room with her. I had 2 plates. The lady who was working the breakfast area comes up to me and says "You can only have two plates, and you can only take 2 sausage patties per plate and you are not allowed to take to the room". I explained to her my toddler was sleeping and her father was there watching her. She stated "there will be a fee because food is not allowed". This was a shocker to me because I have done this before. Also I did not know there was a limit on how much food I can take. I took 3 patties on one plate and 1 on the other plate. Can someone tell me if there is a limit on how much food? Also, since when am I not allow to eat in the room? Sounds crazy, but she did not tell anyone else who was staying in the eating area about the limit on how much food to take.....

All hotels have good and bads. Let’s start with the bad and end with the good. We stayed here for a few days and booked for very specific reasons: they have a decent sized pool, good breakfast and decent amenities Pool was not yet opened because it had yet to be inspected. So Tuesday night until Friday morning, our room was facing the pool the kids could not use. This was the first hotel I have stayed at in 5 years were there was not a small shop/convince store, we were told to either use the vending machines or go to the nearest gas station. The vending machines on sight were 95% empty, only one of them took cards and that one was 100% empty. We just ended up leaving to go to a convince store for waters and snacks. The breakfast got worse and worse as the week progressed example first breakfast had apples bananas and chocolate milk for the kids it also had turkey Patties they loved! Day two there was no more chocolate milk still bananas and Pattie’s though. The day after that the bananas were gone, there was two apples left looking sad and the Patties had been replaced with (jerky that’s how dry they were) pork sausages. I feel like the hotel is just really poorly managed. They do however have amazing accommodation staff Preston and Esmeralda were always polite relatable and helpful and really made the stay a whole lot better, if it weren’t for them I wouldn’t really have much positive things to say at all. We will probably stay elsewhere next time through.

this is a continuation from the last review. so after my mom came down and complained they apologized for the hit water shortage , due to a high school convention of over 100 girls , there was no water. had to wait for the breakfast . it was just a hot mess. I found on Saturday there was no pool when I getting ready to put on my bathing suit and then decided to ask what time the pool open. I asked 4 to 5 staff member non of them spoke English. finally a gentlemen who step off the elevator aid the pools. a crack in it and it couldn't be use. I finallY GOT TO speak to the manager Miguel that they kept saying is not available on the weekend after showing how extremely upset I was about the whole stay so far. He listen to my complained after hearing how upset I was and tried his best to see what he could do. they ended up, comping one night for y room, but did nothing to about my mom room which was such a major inconvenience having someone after 11;30 night changing out 3 tbs. and her nit having no hot water Saturday morning and having to wait for the hot water to com back on. This was definitely not. good experience , for my family and I, the service leaves much to be desired. I would not be revisiting this location. I was hurt and truly disappointed!!!!

Where' do I begin ? We came to Maryland to celebrate one of my family member 50th birthday party. My family and I had high hopes for this place and for this trip but it turned into a total disappointment. One of the reasons why I rented this location was because it had a pool , the complimentary breakfast and it was 10 mins away from the venue. We got there , I reserved 3 rooms. When we got to the front desk , I asked one of the staff, at the desk is the heated pool , the person said no. Now at that point , you would think someone would say although there is a pool, the pool is not available and that might have stopped me and I would have rent at the other hotel , right next door . But I was not told that by any of the staff. Nor was it on Expedia website , nor was there a sign that said the pool was not available for use at all. So we checked in left to go hang out with family. when we came back which was around almost 11 pm. we decided to take a shower , could not figure out the handle , instead of turning it left to right , we had to pull it really hard just to get it to come out so that the water would come one.No hot water , breakfast was was not cook properly and was soggy, my tv had to be changed 5 times that friday night , didn't work , In my room, that same night ,my mom tv had to be changes 3 times because hers was not working as well. I'm felt so sorry for the young man. Saturday morning no hot water in my room. she came down stairs and told front desk.

Hubby and I needed a place to stay out of state. We traveled here to stay overnight in order to go get an MRI. I loved the welcoming atmosphere. It was like a home away from home. The lady serving breakfast was fun and accomodating. I would recommend this place to any friends and family.

The worst experience I had ever have. They confirmed two non smoking rooms on their website and paid in full. When I arrived for check in, I was told the rooms are unavailable ,only smoking rooms are. I had a child with Asthma, who can't tolerate any smoking smell/odor. I had to leave the hotel. That was very unprofessional and very inconvenient for me and other guests considering the time we arrived was around 10pm
