Hampton Inn & Suites Camp Springs/Andrews AFB

Great room for family vacation. 3 bedroom suite was great for the kids. We enjoyed it.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

The pool is to extremely cold and the breakfast is not great either especially for the kids

I’ve been booking here for years and NEVER had any problems always clean cozy staff if nice helpful and professional Love the early morning breakfast for me and my family and my kids love the pool a little cold lol but we love it I always book the suite with the two queen beds and pull out couch

We were pleased that we were centrally located., less than 30 minute drive to all of our destinations. We were also pleased that the hotel was pet-friendly. Our dog is a part of our family and travels with us frequently. The pet fee is posted on Expedia as $50, but the Hotel informed us that it is $100. The only negative feedback.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. The room was large enough for the entire family. Breakfast each morning was excellent, probably the best hotel breakfast we've had. There was a great selection of hot and cold items, coffee, tea and juice. The refrigerator in the room didn't work great. There was a thick layer of frost on the back and it didn't have a freezer. The last morning the refrigerator was leaking as the frost was melting. It's clearly an ongoing problem because the stand that the fridge was in was damaged. The shower smelled like mildew and the pool was very cold. The staff was friendly. We used the shuttle to go to the Metro station and that was very quick and easy. Overall I definitely recommend.

Hotel was clean and safe for our family. Breakfast was good.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good- well stocked. The lady helping in the breakfast area was friendly. We stayed at this hotel b/c it had an indoor pool, but the pool was freezing and my children did not want to swim. Most families left the pool b/c it was too cold. They were short towels and everyone that came to the pool had to keep asking the lady behind the desk for more. The lady checking us in acted like everything we did was a real inconvenience. For 4 people, they only gave us one bar of soap, 3 big towels and 2 wash cloths. For the price, the room should have been stocked better. Bed was soft and room and hallways were very clean.

I would give 0 star if I could. I called the front desk before making this reservation asking if there's a pool. The front desk lady confirmed that there's a heated pool there. So we reserved and checked in. We go to the pool as mh kids are so excited and the pool is freezing cold and even the AC was on. I go to the front desk for my concern, and I encounter extremely rude people who did not care and asked me if I'm not happy, I can basically check out and get out... I'm going to file a complaint in writing and publish it in media regarding providing false information... oh not to forget...the curtains, lamp and the air conditioning were broken... good luck if you're staying there!

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. My only issue was the temperature of the indoor pool. Being that it is not heated and kept at room temp, the water was extremely cold and not swimmable. My children were looking forward to the pool.
