Staybridge Suites Washington D.C.- Greenbelt, an IHG Hotel

Our room was very clean and appliances were all working. The AC was good. Overall, for our 7 nights went well. Great family hotel. They provide breakfast daily but the food was cold most of the time. They need to provide more breakfast items.

Perfect for bigger families

Beautiful place i love it. My kids enjoyed the comfort of having two beds.

The suite was excellent. My family enjoy our stay here .

I liked how they had social hour with snacks and free drinks. Ive stayed at different places before and this is the 1st time I’ve encountered this. Our family really enjoyed this and also the basketball court.

2 separate bedroom was convenient. Service was terrible, We will not recommend this hotel to anyone......we had to stay 2 nights due to attending a Wedding nearby. We arrived little early due to our flight, as soon as we entered the hotel lady at the front like 'I have no room ready' she did not even try to make us comfortable. at 2:57 she assigned us the room.I asked for higher floor, nothing available she said. We travel a lot as family, never had this kind of service from anyone. Room had some kind of smell, smelled like kitty litters. customer service was terrible, when you ask something all they say 'will try' then they forget about you. I asked for fresh towel no one came with towel, no hangers in the room we asked for it in the morning at night after a reminder gave us 2 old hangers

We checked in at 12 midnight. Greeted and checked in very quickly. A little disappointed that there was no trolley to make our trips to the car less. Did not like that there were people smoking just outside the sliding glass doors. Everyone was friendly and the woman in charge of the breakfast was very accommodating. Did not like the fact that I could not get fresh towels. Overall, I had a nice stay, the room was nice, clean,big and cool. I would recommend this to my family and friends, and I would return for another visit.

We stayed at the two bedroom for the entire family. Kids love it! Service is pretty awesome, laundry is free!
