The house staff are very good. The rooms are well maintained. The bed is comfortable. The shower is hot with adequate water pressure.The indoor pool is well used by the kids. Weight/ exercise room and washer/ dryer are available if desired. Multiple cultural dining experiences are within 1 mile. Easy access to College Park, DC, Baltimore. Check in and check out are painless having used online prepayment.

The employees are fabulous. The pool was great for entertainment for grandson. Too many kids in pool area without parents (only down fall)

Check in with super easy everything in our room was great stayed for 2 days the kids enjoyed the pool customer service was excellent everyone at the front desk was kind courteous very helpful definitely would stay here again

I would not recommend this hotel. We had just stayed at a Sonesta in Fairfax and it was lovely. This property in Greenbelt, MD had so many issues. While some of these may seem petty, I think it was the culmination of all of these things that really began to frustrate me. Rooms were mediocre with the furniture not being that clean and the beds terribly uncomfortable. There was a plastic baggie wrapped with an elastic around the smoke detector in our room. The elevator closest to us worked when we first arrived and then was out of order the remainder of our stay. All of the side doors were not working for two days, so although our room was in the very back of the hotel we had to utilize the front door. The door to the pool did not work for three days. There is no bathroom anywhere near the pool so if you have children be prepared to walk them around the whole dang hotel to the lobby bathroom in wet bathing suits. Things were forgotten to be put out each morning for the continental breakfast (and with some staff attitude we were made to feel like a burden requesting items). These items included the toaster for bagels one morning, bowls for the cereal, butter, no coffee one morning, coffee cups, napkins and more, but you get the point. It was a rough stay overall. I would have left had there been a way to get a refund.

Good place very quiet good for families! Staff was friendly the only thing is that you dont get free water but over all it was a very good place to stay!

Was a last minute change and saved us from a uncomfortable stay. Breakfast wasn’t offered… maybe I misread when booking but I don’t think so. Free parking was a plus. Pool area was good for me with the hot tub. Will book this place again as family is close in proximity.

Stayed here twice over past 6 weeks. First time the room (2Q) smelled like mold. Second time no mold smell, but the room (K) was tiny. Rooms are well worn. They do not clean your room unless you've been there maybe 3 or 4 days (can't remember details). But if you want, you can go fetch yourself fresh towels at the front desk LOL. There is a disgusting overflowing dumpster in the middle of the parking lot (we thought this was temporary when we saw it at our first visit but nope, there it was again). I learned on facebook that there have been numerous vehicle break-ins in this sketchy parking lot in Aug/Sept '23. The straw that broke the camel's back was that at our most recent visit, they charged us $20 for the privilege of getting into our ready, vacant room an hour early (and sign at front desk indicated they will now be charging $10 PER HALF HOUR early! LOL). And to top it off, the guy at the front desk was quite surly. They're obviously invested in providing as little customer service as humanly possible. We expect to be staying overnight in the area at least 4x/year over the next 4 years (child at UMD College Park) but will be taking our business elsewhere.

What I thought was a place to stay, has turn into a nightmare. I live 2 hrs away and on Sunday the 24th around 9:30 am, my 4 tires and 4 rims were stolen. If it wasn’t for family , me and my mother would’ve been left stranded.

ERIC at front desk was friendly and especially helpful. He ensured a quick and easy check-in, provide a map with written directions on how to get to nearest Metro station, and provided maps with written directions when asked if there were any nearby family restaurants for dinner. He also redid room keys on second day when they failed. He made the stay especially pleasant.
-- Need to add a clock in the pool area. Also provide each room with a sheet denoting local stations (in order to get local weather forecasts).
