Crowne Plaza College Park - Washington DC, an IHG Hotel

Very clean. Staff was nice and friendly. Any question or concerned I had was answered well. Area around hotel was quiet. We spent 4 days/3night for a family trip to DC.

Me and my family had to try 3 different rooms the first room reeked of marijuana smoke was given a second room directly above and that room reeked of marijuana also finally the third room smelled cleaner horrible check in experience would love a refund

This is a great place to stay when we are visiting my son and his family in DC. We have had clean comfortable rooms and friendly service. Good value for the money.

I think my stay. Was good overall the place is clean and staff was friendly it was kid friendly too as I had my infant child with me. Nice and quiet.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel mainly for the kindest receptionist named Brittany. When we first got there, we were greeted by Andrew and to my first impression he was very rude, unattended, and dismissive over the questions regarding our reservation. The following morning there was another receptionist, female receptionist, who is very unwelcoming and complicated over included breakfast. The female in charge of breakfast is a bit hostile in regards to breakfast and unaccommodating to those on the go. But finally when we met Brittany later that day, she was very sweet, very kind very helpful, very personable and super welcoming. We can say that from this trip we would come back, simply because of how welcoming Brittany was. The hotel itself was well managed clean and had a great distance to the locations we wanted to visit. Not forgetting to mention we are a family of five of young kids, Brittany was very accommodating and understanding. I would family would definitely return again.

What a wonderful stay here. Everything was great. The hotel was very busy with big groups (NCAA), kids, etc. somehow the atmosphere was like a big community where everyone was pleasant and friendly. I'd attribute that to the hotel staff who were welcoming and accommodating to everyone with great customer service. This is now my go to hotel when visiting the area.

The staff was phenomenal the hotel was clean. They went out of their way to care for my family and our needs.

The staff were very rude and lacked customer service skills. The hotel boiler apparently went out which left me and my family with not hot water to shower the entire stay. The hotel has yet to issue me a refund.

Zero amenities. Not even a laundry bag in room. No lobby coffee. Yet two nights for $550. Also they hosted a bunch of high school kids who jammed the elevators. Needed to find a janitor to open the door to the stairs. He couldn’t find the key for 10 minutes on a ring of 20 other keys. All and l, not worth the money. Mattress was also shot and sagging
