The service we received at this hotel was exceptional. We originally booked thru Hotels.com, but we had to add a night directly thru the hotel. We were able to link our reservations so that we could keep our room without having to check out. We noticed that we were in an accessible room, and we wanted to move to a standard one. The hotel accomodated our request quickly and efficiently. The room was spacious, and it provided everything our family needed.

The area around the hotel doesn’t have much to do. Our room smelled mouldy I had to leave the bathroom door closed. For some reason even with the AC off at night according to the thermostat the AC still stayed on all night and was so loud I couldn’t sleep luckily my kids slept through it. The room wasn’t the cleanest. The free laundry machines available was a plus and water for guests in the lobby was appreciated.

The lady at checkin was absolutely amazing. She was so kind. Helpful. Very pleasant. Breakfast assortment was great, although they could have more staff helping so the food is replenished faster. The staff was great overall. Hotel overall was clean. But when I got to my room, cleaning supplies was left. My floor was all wet over by my bed. And I had no bath towels in my room, but 3 hand towla 2 wash rags. Hmmmm. Room was booked for two adults and 1 infant child. Great location for the drive to my event. Plenty of stores close by.

We had an issue with the bathroom (there was pink mould on the shower head). We complained and asked politely, twice, however nothing was done about it. Mine and my family’s stay would have been much more comfortable had they removed the pink mould.

Great room lots of space. Plenty of room for the four of us. Almost wish we needed to stay longer to enjoy the space. Only inconvenience is being asked when making reservation how many people we had but were not enough towels. Trivial I know but if we’re asked how many kids and have to put in ages it seems like we should not have to ask for one towel per person

I call down to the front desk around 11pm to ask for help because children was running so loud.. the front desk person answered the phone but wouldn’t talk to me just was quiet no response at all I feel like the person at the front didn’t care .. Also at 1:45 am I was awaken into banging .. I was afraid at first but then I realized the banging was coming from next door it was a child banging on the door to get in !!! I was like wow is this really happening this time of morning!!!!

I'm giving this property one star, and here's why: My first stay here two years ago was fantastic, so I decided to return. However, my experience this time around was incredibly disappointing. The first red flag was the sign at the front desk stating they require a $250 incidental hold - in addition to room rate. Yes; you read that right. Throughout the day and night, there was constant noise from doors slamming and children running up and down the halls. To make matters worse, there were two fire drills within 30 minutes of each other. While I must commend the staff for their excellence, I didn't feel safe due to the disruptions, and my staycation was completely ruined as a result

My family traveled to DC over Spring Break, and our stay was just perfect for easily exploring the city. The convenience of the metro station just blocks away made travel to and from DC a breeze. We had plenty of space in our suite, and everything was clean and in good condition. We would recommend our stay for sure!

The staff is extremely kind and courteous. Although I don't know her name, she was kind enough in assisting me in capturing my fur baby, Hope who had escaped her harness and ran attended back into the building. Forever grateful Hope had the good sense to run back inside and not towards the street. Hotel is welcoming of pets and attentive of those who may need a bit of extra asistance (mobility) issues.
