Clean room at a convenient location, free parking, free breakfast etc. My main problem is the room is too small for a family. Air quality is not good partly due to the lack of circulation (air sucked in from the door directly through the bathroom. )

The room was quite damp and I assume it was the fault of the air conditioning but saw a drying fan in the main Galway and towels in the stairs for water drops in the stairs. There was some miscellaneous children toys left in our room. Some of the receptionist were more content to stair at their mobile phone rather than greet you.

My family including a young child were placed right near the lobby next to the gym. I asked the manager to change our room, and he said he couldn’t because they were sold out. Even though we just watched him change rooms for another woman before us who simply said “she didn’t like the room.” At 7am we were woken up abruptly by people dropping weights repeatedly in the gym. I called the manager and told him and he says there was nothing he could do. So for the next 4 hours we just listened to the extremely loud banging of the weights, exhausted. A simple room changed the night before would’ve solved this issue. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel because my family couldn’t even get a full nights sleep.

Bring right on the outskirts of the UMD campus, we got to hang at all of the establishments and eateries for the students, but far away off campus that it was normalized for families to be there

Clean hotel, convenient location, pleasant staff. I would stay there again. My only criticism is (and is that of all hotels) that on weekends, breakfast times are adjusted to have a later start. For families traveling for sporting events, we often have to be at the facility prior to "weekend breakfast hours"; that extra 30 minutes would work. A complimentary orange or banana is not sufficient.

We came to see family and spent the night. Check in was fast. Staff were friendly and efficient. The only reason I would not give 5 stars overall is that the breakfast room is really small. Breakfast was great though.

Good experience, friendly staff. Although I would not recommend staying on the 1st floor. Another family member had a bad sewer gas smell in their room.
