Best Western Plus College Park Hotel

Stayed one night in a king bed room with a pull out couch. The hotel seems a little older but everything was clean and everyone was super nice. The king bed was comfortable but my two kids (who usually love pull out couches) said the couch bed was really bad. Setting it up with them, it did seem very worn and thin and uncomfortable. Again, sheets, pillows, towels, bathroom - all clean! For the price of a room for the night, my husband and I were honestly impressed with the room overall and the free breakfast in the morning. The location was perfect for us and we loved that the parking was free. We knew we weren’t booking anything fancy so we were overall very happy.

We enjoyed our stay at Best Western Plus. The things that stood out were the microwave and mini refrigerator. We needed it because we had small children. Omg! were very useful and it saved us money. We did not purchase food outside due to the fact I carried my own. Breakfast was good and quietness stood out as well. Will return again. Thank you Best Western Plus for keeping my family at your establishment. Well appreciated!

This was a very unpleasant stay. I had children above my room two nights jumping off beds and running around to at least 1am. There were supposed to be chaperones and staff said there was nothing they could do. I asked mutiple times at the front desk. Even when i checked out too they didnt seem to care and said nothing they could or even compensate for. I will never be staying at a Best Western again, will be giving bad reviews, will be reporting to BBB and not recommending anyone else to stay either. All i can say is bad, terrible and never again.
