SpringHill Suites Baltimore White Marsh/Middle River

The rooms are lovely. Needs more lighting. Even with all the lights on in the room it was still quite dim. The refrigerator only stays on for 2 hours at a time. So our food and baby’s milk spoiled overnight. We were put in a room with full sized beds instead of queen beds that I booked which is weird because full sized beds aren’t even an option on the website. Overall the hotel is clean and the staff were nice.

I love staying in this hotel with my family. The only thing I would suggest is changing your website to reflect there’s no pool. I mean I know this because it’s my 3rd time staying here but others may not know. I’ve brought it to the front desk attention but no changes as of yet but other than that. The staff is amazing, room are phenomenal and spacious, the hotel is clean and stores are not too far from there.

The hotel pool is tiny. Despite a sign on the front desk saying no parties are allowed, there were about 25 kids in the pool, obvious gift bags everywhere. No towels at all, even at the desk. Breakfast has one waffle maker. It needs at least two. Also, the things needed restocking faster than one person could handle it. Staff was friendly and helpful but should have better controlled the party situation. I chose this hotel to bring my kids for a weekend away from home, so the pool and free breakfast were important to us. I wouldn’t stay here again for a trip like this, but if you don’t care about those things, the stay is otherwise good.

From the time we checkin to the time we checked out, the staff was very gracious and kind. The room was great, spacious and most of all CLEAN. No dust, no rust. The shower curtain and lining had no mildew or discolor to it. Towels were clean and fluffy. Breakfast was very good. My family and I enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again when I’m the Maryland area.

I love staying here at Springhill!! This hotel is absolutely beautiful!! The rooms are so nice! They have two types of rooms, one that has two queen size beds & the other has a king size bed. Both rooms also have a couch that pulls out to a bed. We have stayed in both rooms but this time we have the queen room because we have our kids!! The bathrooms are huge & they carry Paul Mitchell toiletries!! I like the bathroom better in the king room because it has a huge walk in shower but the queen has a tub/shower. The complimentary breakfast is served from 6:30-10am and it’s always delicious with a wide spread!! And OMG!! The beds are incredibly comfortable!! My boyfriend & I are planning on buying a king size bed made by beauty rest to be able to sleep so good!!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and modern. Located in a new business area of Baltimore. Perfect for trip. The floor plan of the room we were in was like no where we have ever stayed before. The bathroom is long and runs the length of the beds. And the door to the bathroom slides and is frosted glass. Beautiful, really... but unless everyone in your family is awake at the same times, this is inconvenient. Only one light in the bathroom which is as bright as the sun, and you can see it through the glass...so if anyone has to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.... everyone is awakened. Just an inconvenience... otherwise a beautiful hotel!

The hotel is in a beautiful location close to work and home. It was a surprise getaway that allowed us space and time away from family. We enjoyed the lively atmosphere and warm greetings from staff. The place was clean, beautiful, and well kept. The overall energy was positive. We are coming back!
