I arrived and was checked in by Leslie..i walked in my room to notice it had been destroyed by an occupants children.the furniture uad rips and tears..the walls had writing on them..all over..the wall had destruction to rh wall.the room had food and trash on the floor... I went downstairs and infoemed leslie. She went to the room with housekeeping to see what be done. She returned and stated the room will have to be painted to remove the destruction. I aaked could i be moved to a different room and she declined.i asked what happens now...she just stood there..i asked for the phone number for the mgmt and she declined..i asked for a refund and she stated i would be charged for the full night....this is totally unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund.

We had a great time, the staff was really helpful and friendly. Perfect place for young kids and pets. The room was big enough for two travel cribs and two dogs! The only issue was the hotels travel crib did not have a mattress that fit the pack and play snuggly so we couldn’t put our baby in it for safety reasons. Also the pool could have used some more cleaning of refreshing do the water throughout the day.

Amazing hotel, with the staff creating one of the most welcoming atmospheres I’ve EVER experienced!! Especially crazy about Gloria in the breakfast room…she treats you like your family!!! The hearty breakfast makes the stay special and Gloria really knows how to do the bacon extra crispy! What a treat! We stay here anytime we’re in Baltimore just because of the staff!! Keep up your amazing work!!

Stay went well. Beds did leave a lot to be desired. I woke up with shoulder pain and stiffness from them being so firm. Breakfast had no non pork options for meat and even the eggs had ham in them (western omelette). My children and I do not eat pork so we were only able to eat waffles which is always a hit. At the very least eggs without pork would be nice. Staff was nice and the room was clean. Heater fan and I suspect air since it’s the same unit ran all night even when we turned it down and kept my mom up all night. Overall I’d stay again if needed. We were visiting family in the city for a family event.

The hotel itself was ok, the staff was great Breakfast was ok, typical hotel buffet The rooms were clean, a little small, there was no place to recycle anything which I am used to doing at home. We stayed for 3 nights and I asked the room to be refreshed and it wasn't, I got fresh towels from the front desk but I didn't know you just put your garbage out in the hallway in the early morning and they take it, with a family of 4 it filled up quickly.

Other then being prepaid and nothing saying anywhere that u have to have a credit card with a $100 hold which is very unfair for people that are taking a family on a vaction on fixed incomes that arent planning on having that money being held up. The shower door in the room not staying shut the room was very noisy everytime someone shut a door and the elvator smelled highly of marijuana i dont like that around my 6 yr old or 15yr old i dont do it and dont care for it around my children

No soap. Really? Yes, really. No soap. As in the entire hotel was out of soap. You gotta be kidding me! Nope, no kidding. When I called the desk, they said I could have extra shampoo...if I came down and got it.

Was a great cost friendly option for a one night stay with a baby and a toddler. My toddler was looking forward to swimming in the pool but unfortunately the pool was out of service which is disappointing since the hotel advertises having a pool and was a deciding factor in booking there. Otherwise, no complaints.

My hotel stay was amazing. My family and I took a quick getaway to Baltimore and Hampton Inn exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean, management was amazing, and the breakfast was pretty good. We’ll definitely be back!
