Where should i begin. It's a no smoking hotel but my room smelled like someone was smoking in it. The room was out dated the carpet was run down the bath tub was dirty so was the pull out couch. The room had a odor to it which was not plesant i must say along with it smelling like smoke. My overall stay there was not good. Normally we will stay to check out time but we didnt we got up early before 8 got the kids together and left as quickly as possible.

Anytime outside of the hotel all we could smell was weed. Upon check in we found a swarm of ants in the LOBBY. Went into our room and had ants all over the a/c. The woman at the desk was great and cha ged us right away. The rooms are SO outdated and just feel dirty and gross. They have a super musty smell. The pool is absolutely disgusting. Half of the area was taped off, no filter, the pool was SO cloudy and the water was ICE cold (we stuck a hand in out of curiosity because i wouldnt let my kids get in) There were no extra towels for the room. The tub was filthy. There was noone at the desk when we went to check out. The price increased almost 50.00 when billed. Will never stay here again nor recommend this place to anyone.

We always stay at this Hotel when visiting family. It's very clean, staff is great. Love the food pantry and the hot breakfast cooked to order is awesome. They have a great bar but unfortunately this time they were not serving food but we enjoyed a cold beer !

The room I had Air Conditioning was broken. They relocated us to another room that only slept 4, we are a family of 6. They brought in a roll away bed that was stained. This still didn't accommodate our family of 6. There were not enough towels for everyone, the rug had gum chunk stains throughout, the 6th floor smelled of cigarette smoke and marijuana, the shower fixtures were loose. The pool was cloudy, had black things in it. The hotel was for sure dated. I was and still am surprised that a pristine Hilton Hotel would be this dated and unaccommodating with a reservation. I do not recall ever having an experience like this is past hotel visits.

Room was dirtybstuff on the carpet hair in the shower & bathroom floor. Booked the room because of the indoor pool which was full of people and children to the point there was no room to even get in. Ended up not using at all. Figured since it was a hilton it wouldve been alot nicer

My husband and I have stayed at this Hotel multiple times because of the convenience to visit family. The staff is always above and beyond! It's an older hotel so we know what to expect. There have been no upgrades to the rooms including linens but it's fine for a weekend stay. Beds are comfy but the rooms could be cleaner.

This hotel was recommended in the program for a weekend Music Festival in Baltimore. At least for me, the recommendation of the Hilton Garden Inn in White Marsh didn't work so well. After a car wreck two weeks ago, I missed the second part of the concert, fearing the drive to the hotel might be a problem. I didn't leave the concert without a lot of misgivings. Turns out my worries about having trouble getting to sleep were on target. The Hilton had only three handicapped parking spots. I parked behind downhill about 100 yards away from the entrance. It was raining a little, so I didn't get out my electric chair. I used the little chair going 100 yards in the unlit lot. For the first room, the key didn't work. In the second room, the AC cranked the room down to 60 degrees. I couldn't turn it off. I thought about going next door to the Hampton Inn (I think they are now owned by Hilton). But just didn't have any juice left. So I wrapped myself up in two quilts and immediately slept like a baby for 7 hours. In the morning, all I wanted was some toast and coffee. In the Hampton Inn, at probably at $40 less, I think they have whatever you want free. Maybe not as good compared to any breakfast your mother ever served you. But the Hilton wanted $12.
