Holiday Inn Express Edgewood-Aberdeen-Bel Air, an IHG Hotel

This was the worst stay yet at Holiday Inn. Room heater was not working correctly. TV remote not working. Very few tissues in box. I had a 2 night stay. Had to change rooms 2nd day because of cold room. I slept in coat to stay warm. Had to get another TV remote. Refrig froz my soda. I stay at this hotel due to they have direct TV. I stay in this area once a month for family matters. There has always been some little inconvenient here at Holiday Inn but this stay was HORRIBLE . For what I pay for this room I would expect nicer service. I tried Hotels.com as Holiday Inn site gives no discounts. I see this site. Hotels.com does not offer any discounts either. No AARP, NO Senior. NO AAA. With nothing to offer why should I support your site.

Stay was very good. I was pleasantly suprised that Holiday Inn had direct TV which was nice to have so many channels to choose from to be able to relax from a busy day. Not just the few cable channels as many of the other hotels have here in hotel row. Room was very clean and remodeled nicely, back low lightning. Bright remodeled bathroom. My stay was quiet & relaxing. Had a very nice hot breakfast to start my day. I will definitely make Holiday Inn Express my choice hotel to stay at when doing my family Bel Air visiting.

Clean! Comfortable! Everything was perfect for family trip.
