La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bel Air/I-95 Exit 77A

The guests around us were extremely noisy. A small child screamed and cried most of the night into the early AM. Felt unsafe with a few of the guests. I guess a bargain price isn’t worth it!!

Check-in and check-out is always excellent. Pet friendly and convenient to family. We always stay there when an overnight trip is necessary.

This is best for one night stay we were there 3 days and had issues with smelling cigarette smoke in our room after midnight which woke us up and hallways like pot. When I addressed at front night staff both nights they said they could not do anything. Mind you I was also told is was probably due to people smoke outside, no one was outside I looked. Traveling as an asthmatic this is an issue along with my 2 kids who were also awoken at night due to the smell and everyone got migraines due to it being so strong. Mind you my kids were to be playing in a tournament and needed their sleep. Breakfast is same every am and the breakfast staff is either short handed or doing double duty, items not clean up or restocked unless asked. 2 out of the 3 staff we interacted with were rude and could not be bothered with requests or us asking questions, many times we where at the front desk and no one was there and had to yell for someone, these were the male staff members. The female staff member was vey kind polite and wanted to help but kind of figured out her hands were tied and could not do much and was apologetic about issues, which I was grateful for some type of acknowledgment.

I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Upon check in, we were given an occupied room with a sleeping family inside. After that incident, we were given a dirty room with mold growing on the bed skirts, end table, and shower walls. My asthmatic family members could have gotten very sick if left unnoticed. Finally, on the 3rd attempt, we received a room that we could sleep in.

The furniture is damaged, the floor is filthy, and there are scratches and paint all over the walls. The wifi doesn’t work and the bathroom door doesn’t lock. I’ve stayed in Motel 8s that were better than this. And there’s a family with a loudly barking dog staying next door.

Fabulous room, sofa, fridge and microwave., Great bed. However, the walls are a trifle thin when screaming kids are next door.

We stay at this location whenever we visit MD because of convenience to our family members. Mostly La Quinta because it's pet friendly. Some nearby pet friendly hotels charge a non0-refundable deposit that's more than what you pay for the room. This location is very clean and comfortable. No complaints.

Stayed to visit family at Christmas. Convenient to family.

The property was just ok. The pictures online were better than what I and my family saw in person. The staff was the most disappointing part of our whole stay. The front desk attendants were so rude. Especially the male attendant, he acted like he didn’t want to help us or answer any questions.
