Best Western Plus BWI Airport Hotel / Arundel Mills

Its a nice place to stay at friendly staff people i recommend going their because my family will be back again

I only spent a few hours in this hotel. We arrived late at night(which I called and gave a heads up about), there was no one at the desk when we got there, the person was in an adjacent room, we could see his feet, we called out but he didn’t come. I had to call the front desk’s phone and that’s when he came out. We got our keys and went to the room and the first thing we see is a ROACH crawling by the tv. Because we were only staying for a few hours, we didn’t make a big deal, but that’s a big NO NO!! When we went down to breakfast, the elevator smelled so horrible, made me nauseous. There wasn’t too much options for breakfast, the eggs were watery. I had the boiled eggs & tater tots (microwaved). The overall appearance of the facility is good, it looks clean at first glance. The bed, though small, was really comfy and the cleaning staff were pleasant in the hallways. The pool was nice, best part for my kids.

I was there with my family for 4 nights, the room is very comfortable, the kids loved the pool (warm water) good sauna,very friendly staff, the breakfast was delicious . A little bit far from Washington City, but it was worth it.

We traveled for a kid's sporting tournament. Hotel was clean, the check-in and checkout staff was friendly. Overall, a good experience, and we didnt pay a fortune.

Front desk Staff was pleasant. Cleaning crew stood outside of door on day of departure two hrs before checkout. Only 3 luggage carts available. Not able to schedule transportation for offsite trip only 2.5 miles away. Desk staff shared it depdnded on what the driver wznted to do since airport pickup had priorty. Shold not be listed as perk. Kids set off fire alarm; took staff awhile to disarm. Other visitors on different dates had same complaint. Are these children of working staff? A $150 holding fee required for incidentals. Really..when all appliances do not work! Not sure i would recommend.

Stayed here with my mother and son. We enjoyed our time spent visiting family and dining in the area. I definitely recommend this hotel if youre traveling in the area.

The only issue was the pool was closed. We had 3 rooms booked and the kids were looking forward to go swimming after a long drive from Canada.

Hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable. Pool was fun for our children. Morning breakfast was filling.

They need to have cribs for the babies

Things started out nicely when we arrived. The young lady working on the evening of check in was polite and accommodating of our needs. However, from the next day on that was not the case. The staff the following days were not as polite as she was. I only wish I could remember her name. Then we were disappointed not to even get notified of the pool being shut down for the entire week we were there. The pool is the first image you see on the site and it was the reason we booked this hotel. When we asked the front desk about the pool closure not being disclosed she rolled her eyes at us and made a rude statement about it not being her job to make sure guests are reading the sign. With the sign being noted, this is a good time to share that there was NO posted signs regarding the closure except INSIDE the pool around the corner. It was not even able to be seen until we were already dressed and walking into the pool area, with our children. This was another disappointment because the children were unable to understand the reasoning behind the pool closure. The housekeeping was not good either. Several times we had to go to the front desk to request toiletry items and clean towels. Once we were even told to make one roll work between both rooms because they were “out” of toilet paper. Finally, on the morning of checkout we were woken up early by housekeeping knocking repeatedly on our doors until we woke up and answered the door and we told them we’d be checking out at 11.
