Overall, we had an excellent stay. If there was an issue, they resolved it quickly. The family liked the pool and fitness room. There's also an area in the lobby to buy snacks. The beds were a little too firm and there were some stains on one of the lampshades but otherwise clean. The restaurants at the hotel were very good! I recommend staying here.

The hotel is extremely clean with very nice rooms. Would stay again! Pool room was like a sauna…that would be our only feedback as we couldn’t stand the heat watching our kids swim.

I have stayed here numerous times, though less frequently over the past year as I have been building brand loyalty with one or major chains. However, this time I checked into one of the chain hotels in the area, and was unable to stay due to the rundown condition. I pulled out my hotels.com app and was relieved to find availability at The Hotel at Arundel Preserves. I was SO HAPPY to check-in to a clean and well-appointed room, equipped with a comfy robe and slippers, which were changed several times over my 10 night stay. (I had an Executive room.) The management has done a great job maintaining the quality and condition of the hotel. The rooms are still in excellent condition. The two restaurants are a huge plus; I had dinner downstairs several evenings during my stay. Breakfast is pricey but also great in a pinch. Definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in the Hanover area. It also worked well on previous occasions for family stays. One minor annoyance is the parking lot gets overcrowded on the weekend evenings with the restaurants.

My family had a great recent stay at this hotel. Room was spacious and my kids had fun at the pool. I would like to give a special thanks to the woman at the front desk who helped us check in on 1/14 and check out on 1/16. I forgot to get her name but she was excellent, very friendly, and had great customer service skills. I would stay at this hotel again if I came back to the area

I recently stayed at this property for two separate trips, roughly a week each time. It's my favorite hotel in Hanover (I have family nearby and have stayed at least four other hotels in the area). It's the small details that make all the difference. Great sheets, different types of pillows, unique furnishings. They've managed to design the guest room doors so that they don't slam loudly when closed--a big plus as that cuts down on the noise from the hallway. The rooms are soundproofed so that you don't hear your neighbor on the phone. Wifi is awesome and I didn't experience any drops. I work remotely while I'm in town, and this is the only local hotel I can reliably have my camera on for meetings. The gym facilities are clean and there is filtered water available there too. The in-room coffee is high end (no Keurig, thankfully!), and there is brewed coffee available in the lobby in the mornings (not as good as the stuff available in the room, IMO, but drinkable!). Hats off to the management. Everything they do looks effortless. (BTW: Both of the restaurants located off the main lobby are very good as well.)
