For a hotel with such beautiful veiws, the lack of basic amenities is very disappointing. I ask for a roller bed and lit brush, neither could be provided. There is no outside dining,complementary breakfast nor gym.The pool is out of services. No parking fee accommodations for multiple night stay. Nor tourists information for site to visit. I My family and i was extremely disappointed.

From the valet to the concierge to the security staff everyone I encountered was so nice and made my families stay so nice. If I’m in Baltimore again I will stay here. Great location amazing view

Hotel overall was very nice. The room however had very poor air conditioning, the pillows/bed were uncomfortable, there was no microwave in the room and the bathroom door would not close leaving you with no privacy. There was not a lot of family friendly restaurants in the area and hardly any options for take-out. We ended up leaving a night early because of these factors.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, professional & helpful. We enjoyed having a late night drink in the hotel. This hotel is in a central location making it easy to walk to many restaurants and activities. My spouse found the gym to be acceptable especially the 24 hour accessibility. I have previously stayed at this hotel and it had a pool but this amenity is no longer available. That was very disappointing for my family and me.

Loved the location! Right on the harbor, so many places to walk to , we were on the 19th floor and had a great view . The hotel looks recently refurbished, rooms were clean and comfortable. It’s not really a family oriented hotel, it seemed as though it catered to a business clientele.

Our family had a wonderful time at this hotel. We were glad to have eco friendly options, like refillable shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the showers. The bar/restaurant Apropoes was a great option to sit by the fire with snacks and drinks while we played table games with the kids. Location was convenient to lots of shopping and parks. Would highly recommend.
