Spent the weekend with family celebrating a graduation. Visited the National Aquarium.

The staff were eager to please. They were kind and quick to take care of requests. The game room was fun for kids, too. The hotel is clean and conveniently located.

This property was great for my family’s local short-term stay. Kimberly the front desk attendant was very helpful.

New, modern and clean in a great location at a super price. Complimentary breakfast was simple but perfectly adequate for our young family. Games in the lobby were a big plus. I can’t overstate how great it was to be so close to the Port Discovery Children’s museum and the aquarium, as well as so many dining options in Little Italy and the Inner Harbor.

We had a wonderful stay. The parking garage is right across the street. You just take your token from the garage in with you and pay the fee through the hotel. They validate all except $10. The staff was friendly and we got checked in quickly. It had a very modern feel. In fact, I was amazed at how unique it was compared to past hotels I have stayed in. My 8yo was excited by the room, too. It was was very clean and had everything we needed except a microwave (there was not one in the dining area either). The beds were comfortable and I didn't even need to use my own pillow like I usually do at hotels because the pillows weren't too hard or too soft and felt similar to my own down pillow. The shades blocked almost all the incoming light, which many hotels don't, and we didn't have any noise issues. I will say that the alarm clock might be difficult to figure out for older people. I accidentally turned the dial and turned it on, but figured out how to turn it off, but it is not super intuitive. One thing to note if you have little kids is that the standard 2 queen we stayed in did not have a bathtub, just a shower. I know some of the Accessible rooms do have tubs, though. Other than having a microwave available, the only thing I would change is to not have the light outside the bathroom turn back on via motion sensor after you have turned it off for the night because it is bright when others are trying to sleep when you get up to use the bathroom at night.

This was an incredible hotel. The free breakfast was amazing and my kids actually ate without fighting. Definitely will use Tru by Hilton for every stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was located in a great location near the harbor. Great room with a view which was very clean. Breakfast served was very good. Excellent hotel for a little family trip. Nice walk to places in town. Parking was simple directly across the street.

-The folks at the desk were helpful and friendly. -The lobby area is nice and welcoming -The gym is nice and welcoming -The breakfasts were great -Would really like a room safe -No coffee maker in the room was okay, until they ran out of decaf in the lobby in the evenings! What to do? :( :( -****The conditioner and shampoo containers were very difficult to get liquid out with my normally competent, but apparently smaller and weaker hands. Then we ran out (the day after housekeeping came!?!). We asked for them to be refilled, but only one was :/. After getting them filled, I realized they are difficult to use mostly if they are not more highly filled. So, I like the tubes in concept, but found them not senior/kid friendly enough -- I literally could not get my own conditioner out! :(. At least keep them over halfway filled -- I truly found them physically challenging and didn't know to ask for them to be fuller, which at least helped a lot.****
