Shower backed up immediately. Fixtures and furnishings were old and very worn. Pool was cold and there were no towels. After requesting towels immediately upon entering the pool and staying for an hour, towels never arrived at the pool. Cute duckling family is currently occupying the courtyard. Meh overall but great location for fells point and the aquarium/port discovery museum.

The location of the hotel is great, but parking is $35 per day. The staff is horrible, the pool is the size of a hot tub and require appointments. They hold $75 per day for incidentals. They don’t tell you the WiFi unless you call and request, they will not clean your room unless you request it. At check in I was told they are out of towels and blankets. They have a non smoking rule but as you enter the front desk all you smell is weed, throughout the hotel you will be high , this is not a good hotel for families or anyone that is not up to get high on weed.

Check in was terrible. Reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen beds and pullout sofa. We wanted the rooms to be close together and even called ahead before check in and they assured us that is no problem. We got there at 4:30 and the rooms were not ready. They offered us two other rooms but they were not that close. We asked for a discount on the price difference and we were assured will be applied to our credit card. It has not been applied as of yet. The pool size was a joke. It was nothing more than a large bath tub. The website indicates you must reserve a time for the pool. We tried to reserve a time but were advised that there’s no need to reserve a time. When we got to the pool it was packed with children and few adults. Literally no room to move let alone swim. Then at night, realize we didn’t pack a toothbrush. I called down to the office after seeing a sticker on the mirror, saying if you forget anything contact the office for essentials. When I asked for a toothbrush, they gave me directions to the nearest pharmacy. What hotel does not have toothbrushes? I then had to walk the city streets of Baltimore at night to pharmacy. They also advertise a bar and a restaurant at the hotel. The only thing they have is a small bar and food beside the check-in. If the hotel Clerk is checking someone in you can’t get a drink or food. I called the valet in the morning to get my car and waited outside 20 min. No car so I went and spoke with valet said she didn’t know I was ready.

Overall, we had a great stay. Front desk staff and valet were so friendly. For the price our room was great. The location of the hotel is great. We ended up in a room with a handicap accessible shower. It was fine until myself and kids used the shower and the entire floor pooled. We used our towels to dry it up. The water was not flowing towards the drain on the floor. It was behind the toilet and towards the door. I was nervous my kids, 5 and 7, would forget the floor was wet and slip. The patio was a great feature and I got good use out of it. Charles in valet was so nice and accommodating.

So the property itself was average clean but seemed a little understaffed at sometimes. I had an issue with the room not being cleaned unless you call before 9am to request it that was strange. Also there was no one to help bring your bags to your room at night there was only one valet so he was running around getting cars. The place seemed very family friendly because there were always kids downstairs with parents of course. Overall I wasn’t overwhelmed with my stay unfortunately but the staff were very pleasant especially the valets and front desk.

Everything about this place was extraordinary above and beyond from the staff, the peaceful atmosphere that was not crowded the food, the parking the dining, the shopping in the area a lot of things to do in the area that you can walk to, the swimming pool the neatness the colors everything was just awesome. Me and my family had an amazing time and will definitely be back. We would recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for all that I have spoken about the price is also very reasonable. Shout out to Wendy for being an extraordinary manager that kept things in order greeted us with a smile, was able to change our credit card last minute in a blink of an eye, and Katlyn for when I needed towels and rags in the middle of the night she was able to go and get them and greet us with a smile and a sweet, personality, the older security guard who met us soon we pulled up with such hospitality and gave us parking directions that gave me so much peace because I was worried about the parking, Shout out to the housekeepers and guest services who was right on top of whatever I needed right away. And shout out to the all kitchen staff the food was sooo delicious and they never let anything run out they were on it and kept everything stocked up. Thank you all so much because you all made it worth the stay for our family to have an awesome time. I rate this hotel a 10 out of 10 the hospitality was on the money.

I traveled here with my son. There were lots of families with kids also staying at the hotel. It's very family friendly.... a bit noisy at times because of the kids but such is life. I would stay again. It's well located with an easy walk to either the harbor or Fells Point. Good breakfast and coffee. Small, heated pool is a plus.
