We reserved a $650 per night suite with orbitz four months in advance of a family trip only to arrive and the hotel said they have no rooms and could not refund the paid in advance reservation

Our family stayed there during new years eve and we has a fanatics view. The food at the restaurant was great. Waling distance to fells point. Great for family.

This was our second time at the hotel. The splurge for the suite was well worth it! Room 1101 spacious corner room had amazing water views in living and bedroom areas. The suite was the perfect setting for an after dinner family gathering. As noted in another review, the bedroom rug was stained and needs to be replaced. Front Desk employees and services are top notch. We will stay here again when in Baltimore.

No sound proof at all, had to listen to the child scream at night and wake me up same way. Dirty moldy bathroom, with previous guest’s hair. Same hair on the pillow. Mattress so soft, that my back was hurting for couple of nights after. And of course the “beautiful” view of the harbor with cranes and construction that we were lucky to get.

We stay at the Baltimore Inner Harbor often and have been at many of the different hotels in the area, but canopy is by far our new favorite. We had a beautiful modern room with floor to ceiling windows. There was a nice public balcony with lounge chairs where we could just take in the view and some sun. The lobby bar and vibe seemed like a hip chill happy hour party. The location is perfect. It’s in the very safe clean area of Harbor East and 10mins. walk to Fells Point and about 15mins walk to the Inner Harbor. There are plenty of restaurants within a 10-15mins walk. And best of all for our family- it’s PET-FRIENDLY. Highly recommended!

When my family arrived to our room,it wasn't cleaned properly! There was blood on our bathroom wall by our laboratory area! We also was not supplied our pillows/blankets for our fold out couch! We paid for a suite and git moved to a much smaller sweet which wasnt that accommodating as our other one! But after driving 13hrs we were tired..after moving all our stuff to our new room..we made it work! As i said..it was a long day and didn't want to keep switching our room!
