The Inn at Henderson's Wharf, Ascend Hotel Collection

I loved this gem of a place! Stunning views, good safe parking, comfortable room with charm. The wooden shutter windows opened to a fabuluous view! I loved this hotel as much as I loved Fells Point! I enjoyed walking around the streets with families walking chikdren & dogs on the wonderful waterfront paths! Some of the reviews I read made me iffy but Im so glad I gave it a try! I will return when in Baltimore on business

Location was excellent in fells point and across the street from family. The hotel was very quiet area and excellent customer service. Room was beautiful and comfortable and the breakfast and coffee was a plus I will stay again, again

Booked two rooms for my myself and family. I was given one room in early check in but needed to wait until 4 to get my own room. I had to wait for 3 hours for my second one, that I had the need to leave my luggage on my cousins room so I can go eat. This after 4 hours of driving from New Jersey. I was given the tour and told me the ice machine was right across my room , just to find out later on the night that machine was not working. Went to front desk hoping they will give me ice from the kitchen since they have water infused with lemon and “ice” at hotel lobby. I was told that there was no ice in the hotel, even cheap hotels have ice. Paid over $600 for one night to wake up to a mediocre breakfast. And you guys should take of the VIP benefits since this hotel doesn’t deliver in all. The free wine per room I was told it’s not being done since the pandemic. Wanted to give it a shot to this hotel, but I’m going to stick to the Hyatt at the Harbor. They have a nice bar and food that I don’t have to go anywhere for drinks after dinner. Overpriced mediocre hotel.
