The Grandview Hotel

I was hesitant initially to stay at this hotel but I am so glad we did! The room was flawlessly clean and smelled amazing as soon as we walked in! The view is breathtaking. The staff is friendly and the hotel was perfect even with kids. The rooms were spacious and had a microwave and a mini fridge (we asked for a microwave and got one right away!) The balcony is great and the AC worked great as well. Only thing that was missing was a light in the room! Not a big deal but sometimes I felt like we needed more light since there were only night lights in the room. Not a deal breaker for us so we still enjoyed our stay. The pool was cozy and my son enjoyed it a lot. We loved our experience here! Highly recommended. It was perfect for our mini long weekend getaway. York is also such a cute lively town!!

Took a short 2 day vacation with the family hotel was very clean and well maintained. Pool was great extremely attentive management. I would stay again

Walking distance to the beach, view from the deck was phenomenal, and the accommodations were great. My only criticism was the lack of a sink/ microwave in our room (may have them in other rooms that weren’t available when we booked, so that may be on us), lack of privacy sceens between the balconies, and some of the paint on the ceiling of the deck was peeling. Normally I don’t care about that but it looked older and we have young kids, so it was slightly concerning. Overall, would definitely stay here again. We loved it.

Hotel is in great location! Rooms were quaint. Not fancy but nice! Great for family stays. Woud come back again.

The indoor pool was not available. It was a cold weekend and I had two young children who were very excited about swimming. The reason I chose this hotel was in the past the pool had been very nice. Had I known it was unavailable, I would have made other arrangements. The only compensation I was offered when I asked was a gift card to a local bat. Not acceptable. I would appreciate a complimentary nights stay for this inconvenience!

This boutique hotel is the perfect get away, it is right across the beach, my family and I watched sunrise on the balcony more than once, we also took advantage of the patio furniture and had breakfast on the balcony. The room was clean in good condition, beds are okay, good shower pressure, the only recommendation is the semi broken screen door.
