Loved the property and its close proximity to the ocean! Was a great weekend away and very family friendly!

I went with my sister and our three kids. While it is their off season, the property was nice. We stayed in the suites which was well worth it, the main building seemed more worn down and dirty. Our rooms were clean but missing bar soap to wash hands in the bathroom but nothing we couldn’t figure out. Was a little disappointed that breakfast (even cereal) wasn’t included. The pools are decent and worth it if you have kids. The dining place was closed across the road so that stunk but the beach and property were beautiful. Beach right across the street is very rocky but a short walk down is more sandy. I would recommend it and loved the view the suites provided!!

Very kid friendly but didn’t hear a peep at night.

Quick family getaway

I had to book this property when my prior booking turned out to be closed for the season, taking my deposit with them. Staff were very nice. My only complaint was another guest let their child run up and down the porch of the main building with a luggage cart at 715am, New Years Day. I decided checking out was easier than confrontation. The rugs on the stairs need work. Caught my heels in holes on the stairs twice. Would stay again. Property is very convenient.

The Anchorage is convenient and right across the street from Long Sands beach. We stayed there several times when our kids were little. It seems like it needs to be updated. Queen bed wasn’t comfortable, bathroom had black mold…around the grip bar and on the ceiling. The building in the front obstructs the 2nd floor ocean view in Room 230. We wouldn’t stay there again!

The beach/ocean was right across the street! It was the perfect location. The indoor pool was nice plus it had a hot tub. We didn't have time to use it, but there was a family and adults in there enjoying it at different times I noticed. They have muffins for purchase, would of been nice to have that included in our room fee. There is also a small bar that you can purchase a beverage, but only one table, so we did not partake in that either. Room was small but had all the anemities that we needed. Not far from downtown, which we found a fun place to watch the FB game and have some snacks. Very friendly.

I grew up in Newengland and would drive by this place all the time but never stayed here, haven't been here in 20 years, but recently booked 2 rooms for my family, and I can't say enough good things about the staff and customer service which was superb, the rooms are clean and perfectly in order, the ocean suite i had was outstanding, the grounds landscaping was perfect...most places don't put any effort into thier landscaping, very nice....I will be back.
