Did not get the room I felt was promised but appears to be honest mistake. Anyone booking rooms should understand locations what have more road noise than others and if you want to climb 3 flights of stairs. As a beach hotel with a pool, appears to cater to families with children. Can be noisy with multiple little ones running down hallway yelling. Great location - halfway between Perkins Cove and Ogunquit. Front desk staff, Manager, and clearers try very hard to meet your needs. Exceptionally clean facility, inside and out.

We chose this accommodation for our first trip as a family with our 7-month old baby. The suite was perfect for our needs: well-equipped kitchen, large room that fit our play pen easily, comfy bed, etc). The indoor pool was very warm and great for rainy days with our little one and the location was amazing considering that it was April and we mostly went for walks in town and on the Marginal Way (rather than spend all day at the beach with a lot of gear). The walls are not the most soundproof so I’d recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper (that said, our baby was fine and so were we!). Above all, the staff was exceptionally friendly, kind and helpful! We are already hoping to return again soon :)

This was our first time staying here as a family with a 13 year old and a 2 year old. The staff was so friendly, and willing to help get us things we needed more of. We loved the open space and pools. The ability to walk into town or the cove was so convenient! We will definitely be back again!!

This was our second stay at this location and it was just as perfect as the first time. Love the space for a family of five. The hotel is very clean and well taken care of. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and there are nice outside sitting areas abound. It’s in walking distance to the center of town and to Marginal Way, so great location but quiet so you can relax.

Part of our road trip to visit family and friends. Great place which is convent to shops and restaurants. Loved that we had space to entertain our friends and be able to walk everywhere

Perfect setup for a family. Both indoor and outdoor pools. Great location. In walking distance of some restaurants. Clean. Your own seperate sitting area outside and a private entrance. Bedroom on lower level with kitchen and living area with sofa bed on upper level. Grill located in a common area. Friendly staff. Close to sea wall walking path.
