Best Western St. Francisville Hotel

We appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, and kindness of the hotel staff. The breakfast attendant was especially wonderful. Check-in went smoothly and quickly. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. The only issue we had, (and it was a big issue for us), was that the pool was absolutely filthy. It had definitely not been clean or attended to for a long time. It was full of algae, sand and bugs. My family was so disappointed it was so unclean. If they had a clean pool, we would have given them 10/10.

I had a family emergency and it was to late to cancel so im out 200 dollars

Hotel is clean, beds were comfortable and it’s near where our family reunion is held.

I actually enjoyed my time & stay at the hotel. All family that I was visiting were within walking & driving distance from the hotel.

It was fairly quiet (baseball tournament for kids kept the halls a bit busy during early evening). Very nice and friendly service from employees and a great breakfast.

def would recommend - the staff were great. I asked for some milk for my coffee and the reception man got it for me. I don't understand why americans put this creamer crap in their coffee - it's pure corn syrup mixed with chalk imo. Just because it doesn't go 'off' or otherwise has a long shelf life doesn't justify putting it in your body. Why am I having this rant? Cos WOTIF asked me to write more about my experience when I said one sentence - one sentence is enough so don't ask me to write more! If you do you will get this - the reason why you're getting this rant. What else is weird about America? What is considered a 'small' size in America is like GIGANTUAN TITANIC MOTHER GIANT SIZE that doesn't exist in Australia. Just cos it's bigger with more water/shelf life preserving things added (then of course cheap corn syrup) doesn't make it better. But that's what I love about America too - the people, the large things I can laugh about. The fact I like milk in my coffee but it;s hard to get when you have a coffee. Difference is what keeps you ALIVE and I love everything about the american people and the way they live. Ok I"ve still got over 300 words to write - why so many words? What else can I say? I have two teenagers that aren't moving in bed and it's past 11 o'clock. Why did I have kids? What was I thinking at the time? Hormones overtook my brain and next minute, I have two JABBA THE HUTS that make a lot of mess. Evolutionary drives are interesting.
