Fresh towels daily very nice. Staff very friendly. Bathroom floor grout job terrible. Pieces of grout all over floor. Wednesday night around 9:30-10 pm of stay loud and crude family arrived down the hallway from us. They yelled and slammed doors for about 30-45 min. Thank goodness noise from ac helped mask it. Elevator is very small and a little difficult to navigate with luggage.

My family and I was pleased with esthetic, the staff, and the service. Newly renovated which was great. Modernized which was great. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was nice and friendly!! Checkout was amazing!

When I checked in late Friday night with my baby. The gentleman there was super nice and friendly . I think he was the manager or something how he carried his self. He even offered to help me with my bags. And gave us utensils because we brought food and didn’t have any. The room was very clean and comfortable. 10/10 I will visit there again.

The hotel was going through renovations which I understand can be hectic, but our room had random paint on the carpet and walls, floors sticky, shower curtain was black at the top, out of coffee for the rooms, found a bug in our sink, had to get new room cards multiple times because ours quit working. Our room was not cleaned while we were gone. The reno crew was out at the pool in the evening with their music and jumping in the pool and splashing each other-very awkward since we had small children.

While the room was great, unfortunately there was a party with kids that night, and kids were banging on my door at late hours, while i called to front desk, no one dis anything. They were running around the hallways and i had a hard time sleeping cause the kusic was loud until after modnight. You should notify guests, that there will be a party so that it is up to us whether we still want to stay, goven that the noise was extremely loud as well as the bad behavior of those kids. Also, the elevators were super nasty dirty. Stuff apilled all over the floor. Breakfast was using too much plastic (cups, plates, forks/knives)
