We do a lot of traveling and I never leave reviews, but this one deserved it. Our family was there all weekend for a baseball tournament and it was awful. The rooms were filthy and smelled bad, they wouldn’t give us extra towels, but the main part that aggravated me was the obvious nasty floors. Like pieces of food and trash in the main areas of the rooms. It wasn’t just ours, there were multiple families with dirty rooms. I don’t understand how anyone could say the rooms were properly cleaned when there was obvious issues as soon as we walked inside. Aside from the dirty rooms, the pool was green and cloudy too.

Dirty room. Room had spiders on the curtains. Shower didn’t appear clean, refrigerator was dirty, microwave showed 9 seconds left from previous guest(s), tv showed “no signal”, ceiling had what appeared to be hand prints, elevator didn’t work, and overheard lady working the front desk say they found a crack pipe in one of the rooms. The lighting in the room was horrible and dimmer than lights at the funeral home. Would not recommend staying here at all. I also have pictures of the baby spiders on the curtains. 0/10 stars.

Very comfortable stay for a short-notice trip. This was a long drive for our family. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent! Due to COVID-19, I always make a point to spray lysol to help with germs as thus was our first hotel stay since the pandemic. The staff made us feel important and they were nice. Thank you for making our stay so welcoming.

LaTonya who was our receptionist was great! They didn’t have the room we requested, but she was so awesome to make accommodations. This time of year with travel ball she had kids asking her stuff and remained friendly and calm the entire time.

Management policies and practice are non flexible are accommodating. We didnt eve. Stay at the hotel because it was to far from our family event. We booked the same day and 20 minutes later called to explain and they refused was the worst customer service i have experienced in my entire life. They would not and did not care that this was a big inconvenient for my family and we wanted to cancel abd book closer in town to our family doing this time of loss. Unimaginable. They even told expedia no. I guess business is that bad that they wouldnt refund us our money.

Nice, new hotel. Check in and check out was quick and simple. Located in a quite, safe area. The night we stayed there was a baseball tournament going on the next day and several of the players and their families were staying at the hotel. It's located next to a youth sports complex. I was kinda worried about how quite it was going to be that night knowing there was a lot of teenage boys staying there also but it wasn't a problem at all. It was quite, the bed comfortable and the room was clean. The room included a small fridge and a microwave . Breakfast was the standard continental breakfast with two waffle irons, scrambled eggs and sausage.

The hotel is relatively new and very clean and comfortable. We were in the area for a family reunion and I used the business center with no connectivity problems. Breakfast selections were good and fairly typical, but certainly appreciated. Overall, an excellent experience.

This hotel no wash clothes, no hand towels, the floor had clearly not been vacuumed, the water cup in the bathroom had already been opened. They advertise free breakfast, but never had coffee, water, or juice available. Housekeeping entered my room without knocking, and since the door does not latch without slamming, the deadbolt did not engage. She saw me completely undressed getting out of the shower, three hours before checkout. Overall very disappointed for the amount of money I spent to not even be able to take A proper shower, and to still have to purchase breakfast elsewhere for my family.
