Hyatt Centric French Quarter

We loved staying here. All of the staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and we had a balcony over the pool. Rooms were clean, and hotel was very quiet despite having multiple family reunions happening there!! Really enjoyed our stay and all of the people we met!

Loved this property. Spacious rooms with high ceilings. I had a suite with access to the pool. It was so convenient and awesome. Location is close to everything. I did not hear the noise on Bourbon St. and was able to sleep like a baby. I would definitely stay here again

If you are looking for a quality hotel for a good price, CHOOSE THIS ONE!!! I was completely blown away by the service from the time we arrived until we left. My family had a 2 night stay while stopping on our way to our Florida vacation. We often stop in Nola during our annual trip, so weve stayed at quite a few hotels and this has been the best experience so far! From the moment we arrived, the valet took our keys and the our bags were taken to our rooms. Valet does cost 45$ per night and be prepared to tip for bag service, but after a long drive, it was totally worth it. Parking in New Orleans is always a pain for me. The staff was extremely friendly! The hotel has three convenient restaurants to eat from whicb was very convenient when we didnt venture out for breakfast. *Try Monty's on the square for brunch, their breakfast sandwich is a must!* The hotel is extremely close to multiple good restaurants and backs up the Bourbon street, so its close enough, but not too close. The swimming pool has a bar with a live DJ on Fridays and Saturdays. Our room backed up to the pool so we could walk right out to it. We will definitely book this hotel for our next stay! I would highly recommend staying here!

I have already done this with no reply, check your records.. night one disco cart just outside my room booming until 1 am , put on headphones that only partially blocked noise, staff knew it was a bad room, but I was given it since I arrived late. Note a paid a premium price for the room and should have better room assigned to me. Night 2 staff told me they would give me quiet room for the next 3 nights, left my luggage and went to jazz fest all day as they did not have room yet. I get back around 7 , given keys which do not work. Asst manager Becca walks by, tried to open, said she needed security. 10 mins for them to come, didn’t work, went away , came back 10 minutes later that didn’t work, said it needed engineering who came 10 minutes later with wrong sided lock, came back 15 minutes later with another box. Was still fixing it 15 min later and I left for my show and missed half. .was told they would have keys when I got back. This was not the end of the mess. When I returned around midnight I was given new keys which obviously was not checked out either. Took a half hour with security trying,unsuccessfully, finally created working keys on new computer. My room that night was given a 50% discount, but I feel that after 2 horrible nights it should have been more. I stayed at Hyatt Centris last year and am booked ther in October for a wedding, but considering changing after this horrible experience. The staff are so friendly and very helpful especially Kevin from concierge. The surrounding area especially around night time we feel like it is not safe. The vibe at night is not safe if you have kids with you and the stinky smell.

Location, location! The property is well maintained. The check-in process was timely! The staff was accommodating and friendly. The guest rooms, pool and courtyard were well maintained. Nightly witnessed the security patroling the hallways. The hotel price point and location I would recommend to family and friends.

The Hyatt Centric is an entire vibe! My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff were amazing and helpful. Will definitely be back!

This was a great hotel. Literally less than a 1 min walk to bourbon street. The whole staff was awesome. I was traveling with my daughter who deaf, and they went out of there to communicate with her, which meant a lot to our family. Thanks to a wonderful staff.
