Wonderful staff! Beautiful accommodations! My family and I enjoyed our stay.

First time in NOLA but the whole family was extremely impressed.

This hotel was wonderful. The location was perfect for the french Quarters and Canal Street. The room was just what we needed as four adults in a family traveling together. I would stay at this hotel again.

The list is long of everything wrong with this hotel. Our suite had stains on bedding, carpet, furniture, and window shade. Heavy sliding doors that were dangerous. Mold in shower. No amenities but one tiny bar of soap in a king suite with 3 people. They had 3 hair & body containers built inside the shower but ours had 2 body washes and conditioner. No shampoo. Scarce staff. Hard to locate anything. Takes 2 elevators to get to your room and one day of our stay one elevator wasn’t working. No sign or communication to alert the guests. I have a disability so that was horrible for me to not have a working elevator. Uncomfortable bedding and pillows. The sofa bed was horrible and gave my cousin back pain. No Netflix, HBO or Hulu like they advertised. Just the apps which are free to anyone but do no good if you don’t have an account of your own to log into. Limited channels otherwise. No extra toilet paper, cups, soap but just the minimal amount which makes no sense in a king suite shared by 3 people so had to reuse paper cups and thank goodness I brought my own flushable wipes. No free water in mini fridge in a 90 degree weather climate. An abundance of homeless people all over the area outside and streets reeked of urine. Can’t blame the hotel for that last one but this is what the experience was like for 5 days at this $300 a night hotel for me and my family. Horrible experience at this hotel for the price we paid.

Very impressed with the hotel and its location to many amenities. Did not like having to use two elevators to get to the room, that was confusing and annoying. Absolutely appreciated daily room cleans, fresh linens, and remaking of the beds. This was one of the very few hotels that offered to king size beds in a room, so the layout was perfect for our family of four.

Hotel was in a great location. Double elevators was a little much to get in & out. Restaurant on site would have been nice. Staff was friendly & hotel was safe & clean. Hotel room was spacious & great for our family. Quiet.

I stayed with my husband and 2 little daughters in this hotel. Comfortable rooms. Location is amazing especially for families cause we don’t hear the noise from Bourbon St even if we’re just two paces away. We had a great time in New Orleans.
