Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Natchitoches, an IHG Hotel

We will continue staying here during our annual trip to Natchitoches. The rooms are big and accommodating for our family with two little kids and the included breakfast is great. The staff are really sweet and really care about the customers. We love staying here.

I was disappointed in the elevator breaking down during our stay. Also, I called and asked for the 9 rooms to be put together for the kids we took to NSU for a theatre showcase and was disappointed to get 4 rooms on the second floor and 5 on the 3rd floor. The water pressure was bad in the evening and some kids didn't have hot water for their showers.

We stay at this hotel often as it clean and comfortable. There are many kid friendly fast food places close by. The staff is friendly and very accommodating.

The driveway into the property is a little unusual but no big deal. However the elevator was broken and we were traveling with an baby (stroller, travel bassinet, diaper bag, etc.) so they put us into a lesser room on the first floor. It worked fine. However, they then tried to charge me in addition to what I had already paid Expedia which I did not consent to. I spent 30 minutes at the front desk trying to get it sorted out with them. Eventually, the refunded CC, but it was a big waste of time. This place was clean and had a decent breakfast. But I’d try somewhere else next time in Natchitoches. I’d recommend going into town to check it out rather the hotels by the interstate.
