SureStay Hotel By Best Western Leesville

Have stayed here several times and will always stay here when visiting family. Very friendly staff.

I do not like to complain ...room 105 ...bathroom floor was horrible around edges of wall baseboards with what looked to be caked on scum. Main walkways were vacuumed but edges weren't. The toilet ran all night and had a caulk around it that was disgusting and scary looking. Mold and mildew in shower...so we didnt bathe. You could see daylight through our door and door hinge which was scary with 2 women traveling. I will say that the sheets and towels were clean. Bed was comfortable. We booked a 2 night stay but left after first night due to the condition of hotel. Was an inconvenience since we were visiting out of state family and had driven 8 hours that day. Property was well maintained from outside and looked like a safe area. Just needs to be deep cleaned.

Clean, comfortable. Will make this hotel my go to when visiting my grandbaby.

Booked hotel for family after no access to their home due to Hurricane Laura. The family was looking forward to a hot shower and sleeping with a/c since they could not access their home. The drive was nearly 50 miles each way to this hotel, which had a confirmed reservation. Only to be turned away because the hotel lost power. While that was unpreventable and unfortunate, there was no excuse whatsoever not to notify people who were to check in that day. So 50 miles and 1.5 hours later, my family had to turn around and had no place to stay. Very unprofessional. Added insult to injury. Shame on BW/Sure Stay for how poorly they handled this situation. And had to fight with hotels.com for 1.5 hours for a refund. Terrible experience.
