Fairfield Inn & Suites Natchitoches

Horrible customer service and they don't care. We stayed there from Wednesday to the following Monday. They made the bed once. They never emptied trash cans. We got fresh towels once. We alerted the front desk each day, and they should get the Oscar for acting like they cared, but room still didn't get cleaned and we still didn't get towels! I could be more elaborate, but what I've written here should cover it. The staff is to busy socializing with each other to be bothered, from the joke of a Breakfast where the attendant sits outside smoking, to the pool that apparently only employees family's were allowed to use, to employees smoking in the elevator. If the franchise owner doesn't come visit this place secretly or have somebody do that than they obviously don't care about their money, or how guests/ people are treated there. The fact that this place carries a Marriott name is a disgrace.
