Best Western Oakdale Inn

The property was clean and convenient. The staff is extremely friendly. We even left some items behind on accident and they called us. We had family in the area and they were able to retrieve the items for us. We appreciate the call from the staff and will stay at this hotel every time we’re in town.

The room was clean and smelled fresh. We enjoyed our stay. We visit family in town about 2-3 times a year and our stay was great. The front desk staff member, Debra, was fantastic and so very friendly. She checked us in quickly and when I demagnetized my room key the following day, she quickly rekeyed the electronic key cards for us. I will definitely return and continue staying at this location.

This place was a total DISAPPOINTMENT all together. The pictures from the website were totally different in person. The room was FILTHY. Leftover food in the microwave, pizza toppings on the floor, dust/dirt was super thick on the nightstand and tv stand. The remote was sticky. Shower was dirty and the phone was filthy and it did not have a plug at all. I hate I booked this place. My trip was ruined, I had to stay with family for a night because I was terrified for my daughter’s safety with the cleaning. There were big white stains on the top covers on both beds so o placed them on the floor. I would love a FULL REGUND. This is not how you would like to spend vacation with your family. This was awful. Not yo mention they had no extra towels for the days we were there, they said I would have to wait until they finished getting dirty towels from other guest then I’ll get more afterwards. The breakfast was a full breakfast and improved since the last time I stayed. This property is convenient and clean. The internet can be inconsistent but it wasn’t a problem since I was visiting family and not at the hotel most of the time.

Not a reliable hotel. Book a two bed and paid thru Expedia and when I got there the manager a Reí had doble booked my room and offered me a one bed and a sofa. Do not trust this hotel!!! Specially if your are traveling with your family the manager and owner will not hesitate to sell your room even if you paid in advance. The worst experience ever, in the middle of the night with my daughters out of my state with no room.
