Beautiful pond frontage. Safe for kids to play. Loved having access to the scooters and bikes to roam around the campus

The Cook is always a solid option when visiting kids at LSU. Got a good rate on a weekend when LSU was not having a home football game.

This property was recommended to my family and I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL. The staff was friendly, room was clean, breakfast was good/hot and dinning staff was commendable. I absolutely recommend this Hotel and hope to stay there again soon.

The property itself is fine and convenient, especially visiting my daughter that attends LSU. The rooms … ohh the rooms. You can hear EVERYTHING! First morning we were there, some guy was gagging himself for hours. Woke myself and my child up at 5am because you can literally hear everything. So an early morning due to that. That night, child baseball team decided to run the halls for hours. Singing loud for all to hear along with running. Again, late night because you can hear everything. The pool was broken and shut down. So made for a very long day with a child because that’s all she wanted to do, along with no sleep … made for a rough trip.

The hotel is an excellent choice for family visiting their LSU student. It is walking distance to anywhere on campus that you want to go and so no parking hassles! I tried booking a room for graduation weekend next May (9 months in advance), but sadly it was already fully booked. If you have someone graduating in 2024 or later, make your reservation as far in advance as you can!

Nice and helpful staff. Rooms are OK but location and the family room doors cause a lot of noise.
