The beds were very hard! There was constant noise throughout the night of kids running and slamming doors the breakfast was slim pickings

We stayed for a softball tournament and had a little problem with key working but the staff was AMAZING. She knew I was exhausted I’m sure and went above and beyond helping us and we got to switch to a new room with ease. I wish I got her name but hands down will be staying there again next trip there because of the staff! My kids don’t like to sleep anywhere but their own beds but they both said that was the best nights sleep because of how comfortable beds were and I definitely agree. It was a great location and easy to get too. The breakfast was great the next morning also! Very impressed with this stay tru Hilton

I was NOT impressed with the service at the hotel. I booked for 2 Queen beds for the size of the room and comfort. Instead I received a King size bed for 3 people to sleep in, which included a 7 year old child that tosses and turns and kicks all night. I called the front desk and their sol it son was to refund me and send me on my way when I had nowhere else to go. NOT a good experience. I do not recommend booking this hotel for your stay.

The hotel was what we needed for a quick one night stay and the beds were comfortable. The noise level in the hallways by the employees cleaning was excessive. The room was “okay” when it comes to being clean. The bathroom shower had hair still in it. There was sticky food on the chair. As always, we do our bed bug check and while not finding bed bugs we did find a very dirty bed frame full of food, hair and other stuff (under the mattress). I know most people may not look there but, it’s still part of the room AND bed where we sleep. The room smelt musky. The lobby area was clean. The breakfast in the AM was mediocre, but for being complimentary can’t really complain. Just don’t go expecting gourmet breakfasts like other hotel chains. I do feel that the amount we paid for one night didn’t match the cleanliness. Can definitely do better and speak with the cleaning staff on not hollering in the hallways while cleaning. Even if during day you never know if a family might have a child napping.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. TV and games in the lobby area are great for everyone and especially kids. Filtered water for your bottles was a surprise and well thought of. Availability to all types of snacks is great and the decor of the lobby is very contemporary and fun. All rooms have a walk-in shower and that is something I require. The bathroom has permanent bottle of hand soap and lotions and the shower has squeeze bottles of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner which is very convenient.

We loved the updated, retro look of the hotel. The lobby and rooms were clean, no problems there. The one thing that we would recommend to be improved is the breakfast in the morning. Compared to other hotels the breakfast was rather boring and lacking of options. The coffee was horrible and too strong, with no choices of creamers. Actually there was no creamer and when asked the lady overseeing the breakfast for more creamer, she got an attitude. She was rude multiple times to several guests. Overall the hotel was clean and nice for a one night stay due to a family emergency. I would suggest in improving the breakfast and staff that are happy to be in the hospitality field.

The hotel was easily accessible and family friendly.

Entertainment for the kids, that was one of a kind. Bad, the internet is terrible and at breakfast they don't offer gluten free bread option

Our stay was okay. We were in town for a family gathering. TRU Hotel was okay nothing special.

It was my daughter’s birthday & I thought the place would be nice for my 14 year old daughter & friends. I love the decor & the chill spaces to relax, eat & hang out. The room was very nice & spacious. The elevator was extremely hot as if the heat was on. The hallways had a weird smell. I really wanted to get in the pool but it had kids horse playing really bad. I mentioned it to the staff but nothing was done. The breakfast was good & I like how clean everything was. It had soo many people hanging out in the lobby we couldn’t really enjoy much. It was nice for what it’s worth, But i won’t be going back.
