Happy to give 5 stars for our experience with Spark! We saved this hotel and WILL be returning. Nothing but positive experiences there. We extended our stay another night even; knowing we were going to experience a comfortable and welcoming hotel. Close to several eating options, grocery or shopping needs, and the best go-cart place I've ever been to! The staff was incredible here - even making my little girl a SPECIAL birthday treat bag that had her GLOWING for her 5th birthday. Thank you for that, again!! Great recommendations on family activities. Parking was accessible and hotel is right by hwy.

I got room so the family could swim but get there and pool is closed and whole place was under construction. I didn't even stay I just left

We stayed here 2 years ago and that is why we rebooked it. Now apparently it is under construction and changing names. We were not privy to this or would have chosen abouther hotel this trip and stayed again after hotel remodeled. Indoor pool (for kids) not open or running due to construction, breakfast was great last time, not even available this time due to construction, but again not told or listed. Came for family trip and had to even change rooms due to no hot water in our room. Not a good experience and no concessions offered to offset.

It was just okay. The floor in our room was disgusting and stained, and there were hairs in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and kids enjoyed the pool. The front desk clerk was rarely there, which was frustrating. We had to wait 10 mins to check in when there was no one else around.

The staff was friendly & helpful. Our room was clean and fit our family of six with no problems. The pool was also really warm & bfast included is awesome.

Staff was friendly and facility was very clean. When we checked in they had just baked a batch of cookies. My kids loved them, they were still warm in the middle. Breakfast had something for everyone in the family. With five of us that is not always an easy task.

Room had recently been renovated…..oh, those beds - slept like a baby!!

This is the place my family would stay at when they came to visit. We moved out of the area and came back to visit and chose this hotel. The hotel is super close to highway, restaurants, a family fun park, grocery store, etc. The picture doesn't show the updates they did (I forgot to take some). The Staff was SUPER accomodating. Our trip plans changed and we needed to check in a day earlier and a day later. We were not able to make the changes online so I called them and they changed it no problem. 2 Queen room is large and the beds are very comfortable. Even thought it's next to I-65 it's very quiet. They had a mini fridge, microwave, small coffee maker, ironing board and blow dryer for use. Decor is updated and the room was clean. We had a toilet issue and maintenance fixed it immediately. The windows need updating and people with small children need to be advised that they do open and there are no screens. Bathroom counters and Shower surround was updated but the shower curtain was dirty. Breakfast was amazing (I loved the apple cinnamon waffle mix choice). Staff was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again and you can't beat the price.

My wife, two small kids, dog and I really enjoyed our stay. At check-in, the front desk clerk gave our kids freshly baked cookies, and our dog got a treat and a toy. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast options were plentiful and tasty. I would gladly stay again.

The room was very clean, and very well laid out. Everything was very nice and newer. Very much appreciated by this mom and three kids after a long drive. The kids loved the indoor pool too! We were actually pretty sad that we could stay here again on the way back home, but it was full for the Kentucky Derby. The staff was very friendly and sweet. The only gripe I would have was that we were on the second floor and the ice machines were on the first and third floors, but all in all that's not that big a deal.
