Beds were great, room was ok, the breakfast was good. But the pool broke the same day we were there, had a bunch of disappointed kids!

My family spent 3 nights here. Overall a great experience. Location was good close to Louisville yet not to far from Mammouth Cave/National Corvette Museum. Lots of dining options close by. Pool was a nice size. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. Mattresses could be a bit firmer for some of us but perfect for others. Staff was friendly and helpful especially the woman who worked late Thursday (8/18) and Friday. Roof was being worked on but we never heard any noise/commotion during our entire visit.

ALL of the staff were fantastic. We came from Florida and had problems with starting our vehicle in below freezing temperatures and they willingly helped us jump it. Misty and Jeri at the front desk along with Mary that supplied our breakfasts (very attentive to replenishing and keeping the breakfast bar clean and tidy) were all wonderful! The rooms are being renovated and the indoor pool was having some issues rendering it less than warm enough to comfortably swim (the main reason we chose this hotel as we were wanting our grandchildren to enjoy it with us as they enjoy the beaches in FL when they come for visits) so a little hard to give it 5 stars, but the staff more than made up for it.
