Staybridge Suites Louisville Expo Center, an IHG Hotel

Wonderful place to bring the family/ We had six people in our group. We booked a suite and there was a place to stay in each room. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. We would stay here again.

No pool for the kids is the only bad thing I can say about this place. As long as the price stays reasonable for the future, I would definitely recommend.

The room size was perfect for my family of 5. Hotel within walking distance to kentucky kingdom. The staff very friendly. Had free breakfast& dinner while we were there. Also a free pool table. The only problem we had is this hotel is right next to the airport so u can hear planes off& on throughout the night. This hotel is right near the plane descending. They did offer free earplugs which is nice but if u are a light sleeper,id stay elsewhere.

This is our first time staying at Staybridge and it was a very nice experience. The continental breakfast was quite lovely and a very wide selection and customization. The lobby and halls were clean and well lit. The halls were a bit loud, however, after about 10pm it was quiet. You can hear the planes land in the near by airport, but after the first night, I didn’t really notice it. For the pros: rooms were very clean. The kitchen was spacious and came with a dishwasher. The fridge had an automatic ice maker in the freezer. And the part that impressed me the most is that the bathroom was equipped with Dove products. The cons: The bathroom was a sliding door. It wasn’t a problem for me and my partner, however may be more of a privacy issue for families or friends sharing a room. Also, the TV is placed next the bed, which made it a bit awkward to watch TV while lying down. For me personally, there wasn’t a full length mirror in our room, which I use quite a bit. Overall, this hotel was quite nice, especially for the price. We stayed in a couple of hotels in Louisville over the years, but this one was very nice and we will be likely to use this place again in the future.

We noticed baby roaches in our room once we were packing up and leaving. We notified the employee at the counter before leaving. Overall the hotel was very clean. Pillows were flat and could be replaced or maybe add a couple more to the bed to stack them.
