Hyatt House Louisville East

My family & I stayed for 5 days for an event for my daughter. EVERYTHING was excellent, from the staff to the room. The bed was super comfortable & soft. My daughter raved daily about the breakfast and my husband enjoyed the bar every day. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We enjoyed our stay as a family of 4. At first we were given a 2 queen room, but I had requested a studio suite. Thomas at the front desk was able to accommodate and switched us with no hesitation. Thank you!

Me and my family stayed here for a spring break trip. Hotel is very nice, rooms are nice. Staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast average the only downfall about this property is housekeeping sucked. On our 2nd day of our 4 day stay we called for house keeping to clean our room. We came back to the room to find they only made the bed and put new towels. Trash was emptied and they never came again. Hotel is in a good location with food places and grocery stores.

Spacious room, clean and had all amenities needed. Pool area was clean and kids enjoyed it! Breakfast was great! Wide variety of options both hot/cold. Will for sure be back to this location as well as other Hyatt hotels.

The property was great! We did have to wait a little longer to get checked in because our room was not ready yet, and I was told I was going to get a text, but the never received it. Other families were getting checked in before us, and over heard the receptionist say that rooms that were booked through a third party were taking longer. Our stay in general was great, and the room was comfortable.

We loved staying here. It’s the 3rd time we have and my daughters family stay here the same time as me and my wife. Our go to place in Louisville

A safe and very friendly establishment. My room was clean and stay was relaxing minus the children running through the hallways but it never became too much.

The hallway on the 3rd floor smelled like weed really bad, which was where we were staying. I know the hotel cannot help what some folks do, but it is supposed to be a no smoking or vaping hotel. The smell was too much, especially with kids present. The bed and pull out was uncomfortable. Didn’t get much rest Clean hotel and super friendly staff. Great breakfast.

In town to see family for fall break. The suite was perfect and cozy for our family of 3.

I wish I could give 5 stars. The bathroom door (a sliding barn door) was a terrible decision. It’s a great aesthetic but awful for privacy while on the toilet. Even worse was the motion activated air conditioning. It wouldn’t be activated at night because we were lying still so it would get really stuffy. One of us would have to periodically wave an arm around to activate it. We woke up exhausted and overheated every morning. This is apparently something a lot of hotels are doing because it’s more economical. Ugh! The breakfast buffet was pretty typical but no pancake or waffle maker. This wasn’t a big deal for us but if you have kids it could be for you. Those things aside… we were very pleased. Very clean. New & modern. Great staff. Large rooms (bigger than my first apartment). Lots of restaurants nearby.
