This hotel was awesome. Starting with the staff, the southern hospitality is real here. They are so friendly at the desk and welcoming. They also accommodated a few hours long mini reunion of my family in the lobby/bar area on our last night. They were available every time we needed something. The room was spotless and I was able to give my babies baths without being grossed out. AC worked great. Breakfast was great, lots of options. My kids loved the pool. Parking never an issue. Area is very safe. Overall we didn't want to leave. This will be our goto from now on when we come home.

Front desk staff and maid staff were both super nice, pool was awesome for the kiddos, free breakfast, safe area and clean, spacious rooms! Overall great place to stay! Will stay here again.

One of the worst hotels that I have stayed in. Most of the interior decor and furniture is broken. Then didn’t even have a microwave in the room. From what I know even motel 6 keeps microwave in the room. I travelled with my baby and every now and then I had to heat up some food for my baby, so I had to go all the way to lobby to use the microwave. When asked about it, they said they don’t have extra microwave. Regarding the interior furniture, they had a wall panel near the bed and all the screws came of from one side. I had to get 3,4 times during the night to make sure that it’s not falling off on me. Even though this says Hyatt Place, it definitely seems like a fake Hyatt

The property was okay. The second morning my family and I were there, the front desk staff that worked in the morning were not very friendly and nobody ever came to grab trash or anything from our room. Not the worse experience but not that great either. Pretty good location near shopping and restaurants.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. We were traveling 7 hours there with a small child and we booked this specific hotel because it states that there is a bar that serves food and there is ZERO food served there. All of the staff admitted that their website does say that but they do not have anything. Also there was no pool there like it states. I will not return there! False Advertisement!!

Staff were great! Good breakfast…bathroom was a bit hard to maneuver with our disabled child but we made it work…my dissatisfaction was with people smoking at pool and directly outside the main entrance so you would exit and walk into a cloud of smoke…we are from Massachusetts and never encounter this but I do realize Kentucky is a tobacco state😧

Bad breakfast and bad service in the restaurant. I asked for something and it never arrived, good coffee, good reception service I went with my family I used the sofa bed and it is pure springs very old and pitiful I could not sleep at all

Nicest hotel room I’ve been in for many years. Clean, classy, and well laid out. Wish I had my family with me for this trip. I will definitely be looking for Hyatt Place in other cities I visited. Highest recommendation.

The couch bed had dirty sheets with cookie crumbs, hair. My grandchildren found a synthetic braids with an attached hair that had been pulled from the root; si gross. The dirty sheets stayed in the room until the day before my departure.
