If I can give you more than 5 stars I will do it, my Hosh best attention, best pool and jacuzzi, I enjoyed so much, if you want a family or couple good time book here, highly recommended it.

This was the best night of 4 hotel stays by far. The suite was quite large which was great for the 5 of us. The kids loved the pool and had fun with another friendly family there. Breakfast was AMAZING and the kitchen staff were so DELIGHTFUL, FRIENDLY, and went above and beyond to be helpful. Southern hospitality at its finest. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly. If we are in the area again someday, we’ll definitely stay again.

I need a refund. The room is not cleaned. There are food wrappers under the sofa and peanuts on the floor. There’s a water stain on the ceiling and the facility doesn’t have another room to accommodate us. I am travelling with an infant and this is super UNSAFE!!!

This property was clean, quiet, and felt very safe. We were especially thankful for gracious staff who invited us to go ahead and have breakfast when we arrived downstairs a few minutes after breakfast was supposed to be over. Our children also loved the pool. We would easily stay here again.

The suite we reserved was exactly what we needed for 5 people! Plenty of space for everyone! The kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, breakfast was great, and all the staff were friendly and very helpful! Would absolutely stay there again ❤️

Stayed here with my family of 5 while traveling down to the Ark Encounter. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. To our surprise there was a dinner buffet and happy hour type reception... we were only expecting breakfast so this was a plus. We didnt end up going to the pool but it looked nice as well.

Our stay at the hotel was very nice a relaxing. Travelling with small kids can be tough but the staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was great! The manager socials were a nice surprise -- these were free buffet dinners and drinks. If we end up in the Florence area again, we will be staying here.

Had a wonderful stay, all areas of the hotel were very clean including our suite. Our kids loved the pool. The breakfast was great. Every staff member we came upon was very friendly and helpful. We plan on using this hotel in our future trips to the Cincinnati area.
