Best Western Plus Bowling Green

We were in town for a funeral. Our room was small but very nice and our beds were wonderful. It was just my daughter and me. The first time we were in Bowling Green. We loved the area and Best Western Plus was close to everything. We did a lot of shopping and visiting with family

This was one of the cleanest and quietest hotels we have stayed in in a long time! No kids running up and down the hallways or tv’s blaring in the next room! The beds were AMAZING! Very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great! Breakfast was good and hot and kept restocked quickly! Would highly recommend this hotel for a good, comfortable nights sleep!

Rooms were very small for the price. Inconvenient for a family of 4 with kids. Booked a 2 queen bed room but got 2 double beds. Breakfast was good. Staff replenishing breakfast was friendly and fast. But very limited seating.

We wanted to find a hotel for a quick overnight trip with the kids. Our trip started with us arriving at the hotel at 2. The lady at the front desk mumbled that we couldn't check in until 3, but she did say we could wait in the lobby. Turns out, shift change was also at 3 and Tim ended up at the front desk. He was fabulous! He made sure we didn't have a first floor room (due to the outside entrance ) because we weren't sure if my husband would be able to get off work in time to join us. He then made sure we didn't have an adjoining room, just to make sure I felt extra safe with the two kids. Turns out the room we were given had this almost sour, lemon pledge scent. Mentioned it to him after we decided it was too strong to tolerate for the night. Tim walked with me to another room and we discovered that one didn't have the smell, so he made sure we were moved. Beds were comfortable. The mattresses may not be as pillowy as some more high end hotels, but they weren't hard. Yes, there were stains up and down the hallway, but I believe I heard renovations are going to be underway soon. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and enjoyed by all.

We drove until about 2:00am, checked in and was treated nicely by the checkin staff, However, within the hour we received a call to “come” because a family member was in their last moments in hospice…so we checked out and left. It might have been nice to receive some recompense considering the circumstances. The staff member working the front desk said “sorry.”

Excellent place to stay for business, vacation or family trips. Super clean. Recently renovated with new bedding, flooring, Superb service and facilities. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Dirty…. So disappointed. The reviews were not accurate at all for what I saw. The capers in the hallways are filthy, like they have never been cleaned. The room smelled like a mix of pet and stale cigarettes. I didn’t want my toddler walking around without any socks on. The breakfast was a pretty basic selection of pastries, yogurts, and soggy eggs. It was a hard pass for me. I could literally smell the room on my clothes and my belongings after leaving. I’d never stay here again. I didn’t even use the shower. Stay somewhere else.

Suite was amazing for a family stay. 2 bathrooms and 2 bedroom areas for a really good price. Location is very convenient to I65.

The rooms were clean, bed comfortable. However, we were told the pool closed at 10:00 pm. We heard screaming kids til 11:30 in the pool which kept us from sleeping. Also, if you like quiet sleep this is not the hotel you want. To close to the interstate.

The walls are paper thin I heard everything in the room beside me loud and clear, I was unable to sleep because the child in that room kept screaming and crying. This hotel is right off the interstate and the truck noise is so loud. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and never had these issues before. I don’t recommend this place if u want to sleep. It was clean in the room. The bath tub faucet was messed up and sprayed water everywhere, the shower head wouldn’t turn off because the faucet was messed up so I couldn’t just give my son a bath.
