Comfort Suites

The hotel’s location worked out perfectly for us. We have family in Bowling Green and we will be staying at the Comfort Inn when we visit.

This was a great hotel. The guy behind the desk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The best part was the heated pool. My kids love going swimming, and it's so much nicer when the water is warm. We will definitely stay here again

People above us were very rude and let their kids run and jump off the bed till like 11 pm

Stay was great, room was excellent, indoor pool was a plus for the kids, breakfast was supplied excellent except coffee. Coffee machine was broken. We enjoyed our stay though

For only being 5 years old, the property was not maintained. The bathroom was filthy. Upon entering our room, there were still urine stains on the tile from the previous guest and it did not look mopped. The calking on the tub was cracked and falling apart. The bed and towels both had hair in the linen. I addressed the front desk and while friendly and trying to provide customer service, their best option was to try another room. This was even worse as there were blood droplets on the white comforter in the first room I looked at and the window in the second room had a small bullet hole from what it appeared in the glass with cracked glass. I addressed this with the front desk and we could have continued "trying" to find a clean room but my husband was exhausted and we had to get back on the road early with our children. There was no other accommodation made by the staff and the manager was not on the property. I would NOT recommend this property at all!! The breakfast was laughable as all the hot items were empty and only dried cereal, white bread, and yogurt were available.

My experience with Comfort Suites was GREAT! Staff was very friendly. The room had all the accommodations that we needed with a family of 6. However we did ask and received extra towels. The grandsons loved the pool. Breakfast was plentiful. We would definitely stay there again!

Staff very friendly and competent. Hotel room too expensive for what it is and where it is located. Breakfast was good to fill up a large family on a long road trip and was very appreciated. Our room did not smell fresh and although the sheets seemed clean the shower curtain was clearly dirty and smelled of previous guests. The bathroom in general had not been cleaned well enough. The whole room felt and smelled very lived in. When staying in a hotel you don’t want to be reminded of how many bodies have touched the surface you must now sleep on…Not pleasant. Sofa bed was advertised as a sofa-bed but was in fact just a sofa. Good enough for my teenage son to be comfortable but we should not have been charged as if the room had three beds in it. Linens had to be fetched from the front desk, as well.

This was a nice hotel and had a nice room that could hold 6 (2 adults, 4 kids). The pool was clean and in good condition. Breakfast the next morning was not a good experience. Either they didn't have enough help scheduled, the workers were not efficient, or too many guests came down at the same time. Maybe a mixture of these, but there wasn't enough room, tables weren't clean, and there wasn't enough hot food. The hotel itself was very good, though, and the rooms were nice and comfortable.

One good , one bad. The rollout sofa bed had food inside as was broken (room 218) this is the bad, The very GOOD the worker in the breakfast service went out of the way to help our family and others, not ver often this type of of good service above and beyond is not seen often

Nice room we came with all our grandkids our room perfect for all us. Breakfast was enjoyed by all of us
