I went to the hot tub and Elite BB was there with over 30+ kids; adults NOT watching (they were drinking bottle beer) kids running around, toddlers in hot tub. Was told by management after I said I paid to relax and she said well they paid too! I understand that, however, I’m an ICU nurse and didn’t want to work on a vacation if a child slipped and fell because a parent was too busy drinking and not paying attention to their child. The kids kept turning the hot tub off even when I politely asked them not to. NO ADULT was paying any attention to the children. The children were running down the halls at 9:30 and I was told quiet time was at 10:00, and there was only 2 staff so they couldn’t do anything. Soo pool not even close to good because I couldn’t get in, kids in hot tub and turning off, music SUPER LOUD, and NO ONE watched the kids. And the staff said they paid for their rooms so they could basically do what they wanted even though I paid too! WOW

We had three rooms when we stayed and it was a great place to get together with family the lobby area had enough room for all of us to visit and the happy hour they offered was a nice touch. It was great having a whirlpool you don't find those too many places anymore. The only downfall was when one of the rooms we had bed bugs were discovered. They did refund the one-night stay and had another room to put them in. If booking I would definitely request not to be by the elevator that was the only downfall that we had with the room we stayed in.

Overall this was a nice stay for the price. Our kids enjoyed the pool and and it was a comfortable clean place. The one issue that we had is there is not enough seating. It was so packed at dinner especially that myself and kids had to sit in a bench and hold our plates on our laps. I think they ended up using a conference room as overflow but that was after we had eaten.

Stay was nice although noisy with crying baby next door. Also because it was Saturday, breakfast was too late for our time leaving of 6:30.

First, the desk staff is great. This review is about the hotel in general, not the staff and how they handled themselves. One quick note, I rarely leave reviews or have any concerns with hotels in general. 1. Arriving at 6:50, we were surprised to see them pull all of the evening food exactly at 7pm. They almost take it as you’re putting it on your plate. Even the popcorn wasn’t refilled. Kids care about these items. 2. The whole evening food/beverage is far over rated. The drinks have a $1 tax surcharge and probably aren’t worth more than that anyway. 3. The room had a broken shower. We got a new room and a free night. Thank you staff. 4. The hotel is run down in general. The pool water was nice and cloudy 5. The room is loud. Very loud. You can hear traffic all night, and I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels. This is by far the worst. You can hear kids running all over the place. You can hear the cleaning staff in the next room. 6. The rooms are hard to keep temp controlled. We stayed in a separate king bedroom and it was cold. The big windows are not insulated. 7. Our room had the door damaged where someone tried to break in. You can see inside the room (slightly) from the hallway. Interesting. 8. The cleaning staff changes the towels but that’s it. They do not even take garbages. Covid has ruined customer service. 9. The doors to not lock. The bathroom and separate bedroom doors have no locks on them. Overall, very overpriced compared to others in the area

Did not sleep for either of the two nights I booked. There was a soccer tournament in town and kids running up and down hallways making excessive noise all night, both nights. Unbelievable that the staff did not shut it down.
