Visiting friends and family, this hotel provided a very good breakfast daily to launch each day with effecient and friendly staff. The hotel was very busy during our 7-night stay. We were "in and out" and never had housekeeping but managed to trade out towels with the staff.

Seth, the man at the check in desk was amazingly awesome. He greeted me like i was family and advised he needed to finish something up and then he would be right with me. He mixed in friendly chatting while checking me in. I read that I would be able to get a shower cap and asked for one and he gave me two just in case. He is an example of everything a front desk employee should be. I know that i am in no position to give him a raise, but the would absolutely deserve it

The property was nice and well kept. There were a few things that happened. We got locked out of our room for an hour and about 30 minutes due to dead batteries in the lock. Staff fix issue they worked hard to fix issue but it took them so time. Also, there was a guy seating in the with a complete computer set up working from morning til late in the day. when I went down for breakfast and he was still there when got back from outings. respect that but I did not respect that during the person family was using the whole lobby area like tv, and eating there and the kids playing. Can not confirm that they were staying there because the person working on the computer after he was done packed up and left the lobby area. To the outside

I booked a stay through Expedia for a family wedding. Got to the hotel and was told the room was being cleaned. Came back after the ceremony and was told they were overbooked and we didn’t have a room. The sent us to the Tru which is also owned by Hilton. We had to go to a hotel 20 minutes away and separate from our family and the transportation to the reception. When we got to the Try I asked for a refund of the price difference because it was a cheaper hotel than I had paid for. I was told that they were going to refund my entire stay. I was happy with that. Well, I never got a refund at all. I was given a phone number for a manager when we checked in. I called and they had no record of me being told that. I emailed the manager twice and never heard back. So I paid for a nicer hotel and was moved without notice to a lower cost one Horrible experience to be charged for one thing and be given another and then lied to.

The hotel was nice, room was nice & clean. Our problem was with hotels.com specifically who requested the wrong room and therefore my family of 3 was put in a room with a single king bed. The employees of the hotel were very apologetic and given the hotel was full accommodated us as best as possible with a twin rollaway bed which was much appreciated.

We stay about twice a year and every time everyone is so nice! This trip a gentleman named Javier worked serving breakfast. He was so kind to every single person. He got to know everyone and their families. We had to add two extra days onto our trip and the front desk staff made it easy and we were able to keep our same room each time. As always, we will be back.

Several family members stayed here for the weekend. We specifically chose the hotel for the indoor pool for the kids. Pool was closed on Saturday afternoon for cleaning filters? Strange for a weekend when families are there. The front desk was apologetic that the pool wasn’t open. When it did open the chlorine fumes were overwhelming. Rooms were clean. Hot breakfast was good and the breakfast staff attentive to keeping it stocked.

For the entirety of our stay the staff was very kind and helpful. The building conditions on the other hand were not as great. From the moment we checked in our door had to be reset for us to be able to get into it. That happened 3 different times. Every time we used the toilet in our room we’d have to stick our hand in the tank so that the toilet would flush. The room wasn’t cleaned well at all. There were beverages left in the mini fridge and our toddler found rock candy on the floor first thing. The mini fridge wasn’t working properly and froze anything we put in it even after changing the setting. The decor was detaching from the wall. There was no microwave in our room. This wasn’t what we were expecting from a nicer hotel
